AAA Air Conditioning

We purchased a new AC unit (inside & out) from AAA in Nov 2013. In July 2017 (of course it was a Saturday) the unit was not cooling. We called AAA and Carl said they were very busy and the soonest he could have someone out would be Sunday morning. Obviously, we were not very happy and hot! About 10 minutes later, Carl called back stating he could have a technician at our house very soon. Kenny arrived in about 30 minutes! The capacitor was replaced and the unit was cooling the house within two hours of us initially noticing the problem. We were not charged for the part (warranty) and Carl discounted the service call ("emergency" call on a Saturday) to half the original cost of a service call.

I called AAA Air Conditioning on the morning of May 21st, and by the evening of May 22nd, I had a new heating and air system installed in my house! Carl and his crew went out of their way by rearranging their schedule to make sure my family stayed cool in 90+ degree weather. I can't thank them enough, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air conditioner work.

Awesome customer service and super honest! The owner helped me find out about a warranty for my unit that was put in by another company. AAA was half the price that was quoted by the other company. They were fast with coming out and giving a quote and knowledgeable about their work.

Every single time I have called AAA I have had the best customer service! They consistently go out of their way to show up quickly and do what it takes to solve the problem. Today, Dave showed up within an hour of me calling. As long as they’re in business, AAA is who I’ll call.

If your looking for a professional AC company, keep looking! I have used Carl at AAA for a few repairs and trusted him to be a professional when I decided to replace my old AC unit. I did my homework, got a few bids, researched the equipment and made my decision to have AAA to do the install, What a mistake! I had to have another company come in and replace the old drip pan, add a spill over switch, redo the drip line, & replace the return grill that was to small for the new unit and worst of all I talked to Carl about all of this before the install. His last words to me were, We'll see? Not 5 Star service in my book.

What a pleasure to deal with AAA Air Conditioning. Called and they were able to repair our unit same day. Very understanding of the need to have our home cooler. WE have a dog and the dog must have AC. Thanks Carl for the speedy response to our emergenciy!

I would have to say, I have not encountered this level of service ever. My call was answered by the owner of the company who was not only friendly but genuinely showed concern for my situation. (A/C has frozen over and was low on Freon) Within just a few minutes he was able to walk me through some basic trouble shooting that would help his repair tech upon arrival.
Dave, showed up on time and was just as friendly. I felt comfortable having him in my home, felt like he wasn’t trying to give me the run around, and that he was genuinely doing what he could to get the A/C up and running again, WHILE saving me money. After less than 40 minuets, my system was up and running and I could not be happier. Amazing company, amazing team, and even better people!

The techs at AAA are top notch. They fielded calls after hours and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and resolve a difficult issue with our ac. I have called them for issues twice now and both times they have been professional, punctual, fair, and proficient.

We were able to receive same day service with a representative that was very knowledgeable and able to get our air conditioner working in no time. He also gave us some tips for making our house more efficient for energy savings! This is the only air conditioning company I will be doing business with in the future.

AAA Air Conditioning is a excellent company that I have used for several years and often referred to my family and friends. They are professionals that are honest and efficient. After a night of cold temperatures and no heat, I woke early this morning to request service. They came over within an hour, fixed the problem quickly and left smiling. Not only is the service superb and reasonable, but they so it in a friendly, kind and reliable manner.
