Carl and his team at AAA are a pleasure to do business with! We have 5 A/C units at our Fairhope location and they take very good care of us in a timely manner. Northcutt Dental is happy to have found an A/C company that truly listens to the customers needs and takes action quickly. Keep up the great work!

Extremely affordable and professional. We were getting priced out of our home for a new AC system and Carl and his group saved us money and replaced our system very fast! Don’t bother getting other quotes because these guys are the BEST!!

My experience with AAA Air Conditioning and Carl was far from satisfactory.
What I really find disturbing is that when the technician came on May 20,2014 and saw that a quite new unit (2.5 years old ) was completely empty he did not do any leak check or fill it up with Nitrogen instead of refrigerant. Even I, who knows little about air conditioners would know to check for the problem before adding 10LB of refrigerant worth $432.50. Also my invoice says that a free leak check was to be performed as needed which tells me that on May 20,2014 it was not.
Refrigerant leaked in few hours and this company had to be called again on May,21,2014. This time the leak was soldered and I had to pay for another 10LB of refrigerant $315.00. I called the manufacturer to see if there is some warranty and was told to ask the contractor for a JOB SITE SHEET. This sheet should describe in detail all the work which was done to this unit - May 20 and 21 as well as the pressures and the temperatures and any other operating parameters. Carl at AAA refuses to fill out the form required by the manufacturer for warranty consideration. I am not looking for anything for free but I feel $747.50 in two consecutive days is quite excessive for a solder repair. The manufacturer(Rheem) may be able to help but their hands are tied if the repairing contractor will not provide the required paperwork.
With this experience I would not recommend this company to anyone!
I am the owner of that house and had to pay my tenants the money back - when I talked to Carl he was quite rude and now he is trying to act like he does not know who I am.

Near the end of last summer, my air conditioner began to have issues cooling the house, and failed shortly after. Carl and his team checked it out, and quoted me a replacement.

My existing air handler had en evaporator coil that was corroded and was unable to retain refrigerant. There were no high pressure sales; I was provided with an option of replacing the air handler/evaporator and an option for a complete new system (air handler and condenser).

I shopped around and AAA pricing was some of the best in the business. I was confident in the team based on the questions I had asked during the diagnosis of my old unit; the service and expertise was my ultimate selling point on purchasing a new system from AAA.

The new system was leak checked, lines evacuated, and installed on schedule within the promised time line. The new unit performed flawlessly, and I noticed a significant temperature drop at the registers. The house cools faster, and the new R410 system is noticeably more efficient than the old R22 system--it was a worthwhile upgrade.

Through the winter months, the heat pump system also performed flawlessly.

Now, in the recent summer heat wave, I thought I had an issue with the system. I made an after hours call and left a message. I was called back within 15 minutes and scheduled for repair the next morning. In the meantime the system kicked on--there was no verified issue.

The AAA team provided top notch service through my entire experience. The were responsive not only when they were making a sale, but through every step of the process. They always answered my questions and helped me out when I was in a bind.

I have had these guys install and fix multiple of my A/C units on my personal homes and rentals! Really helped me sell my most recent home by quickly tackling the A/C maintenance before closing date.

I would highly recommend AAA for any of your heating and cooling needs . They are professional, helpful and explain carefully what needs to be done. Thank you Dave for helping us out. If we need anything in the future we will be calling AAA!!

My ac was not running at all. I called AAA and they came out in a couple of hours and fixed my problem quickly. They were courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA.

A very professional service. My ac went out on Labor Day and AAA AIR had a technician at my house in 25 minutes. Unbelievable!!

Carl with AAA air has been " the man" regards to heating and air needs at Guido's and Cousin Vinny's in Daphne, Al. for several years now. A regular customer for years, Carl would ask patiently " who does your A.C. work"...... finally after an awful experience with my prior A.C. man, I gave AAA a shot at "my" business. I am never happy when the A.C. "goes out", nor are my customers............But, oh how happy we all are after the problem is resolved!!!! Eight o'clock on a Friday night with a wedding party of 90 being fed their entrees............ the mother of the bride says........" Kris, Its so Hot".......... I look at the thermostat on the wall.............Broken!!!!! of all nights!!! Carl came out immediately and fixed the problem. Carl says " I'll get you a bill when your not so busy"........ I say " Thanks, and have a piece of Tira-mi-su to go".

AAA has done such a good job for me at the restaurant that I personally use them at home as do most of the employees................Even my MOM uses Carl!!!! and she is the toughest critic I know.
