AAA Air Conditioning & Heating

AAA has been doing HVAC work for my homes since the 1990's and I have experienced a great relationship with them. They replaced my water heaters and this last time replaced a furnace and two AC units. The products that have recommended have been first rate. They are the best.

Ed is great. We had an emergency issue, he came to do the fix on the weekend. We had another issue the very next day which he told us could be the case and he came back and fixed that. He explained the issues well and we are now back to enjoying life as usual.

I had AAA put in my furnace and water heater in 2015. Wednesday, 5/24/2023 my water heater starting leaking. Called and they said the couldn’t come out until Thursday June 1. Thursday came and no show and no call. I called them over and over leaving messages. No call from them. Friday no call, nothing. They were going to charge me $1,000( just labor). Called Home Depot. Home Depot is coming Monday and charging $800. This was very rude and put me out with a leaking water heater for a week and a no show no call. I would say not dependable.

Hello all if anyone is looking for a reliable and courteous service technician call and ask for Ed. He and his helper came out and diagnosed my A/C and it was just a simple filter situation. He could have told me anything but he didn't. He was honest and courteous to me and my family. Thanks Ed..if I need assistance in the future...you all will be my first call. God bless and be safe.

Noticed water all around the bottom of my furnace. Edward came to fix my HVAC within 1/2 hour. Thought I would have to wait at least a day. He replaced the condensate pump in no time and my a/c was up and running. Highly recommend.

Kevin came out 15 minutes early to a same day appointment. They were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and Kevin fixed it right on the spot. Fair pricing and super professional. Was able to keep an old unit running without trying to sell me a new unit. I will definitely be using this business again!

AC went out on a Friday night. Called several places and No one could come out for days. Including the company that installed it 2 yrs ago. Explained our (medical) situation. AAA came out within a hour and a half. And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Highly Recommend!!

Ed came out to repair my AC unit this evening he was prompt, courteous, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and has my unit running as good as new. Would recommend and do business with again.
