Thought they did an outstanding job great professionalism really really nice on time everything was fantastic just can't say enough good things thank you Devin and Travis. I also wanted to send a big thank you to Brewster too who came out with Travis before the install of my HVAC very nice, polite, & professional. Hey Matthew I haven't forgotten you! Matthew was my comfort specialist. Matthew, was so nice, professional, & informative, Matthew took lots of pictures under my home & of the inside of may HVAC, which allowed me to see what problems I had & to discover I also had a small leak in one of my pipes. Thank you Matthew! Which brings me to Brian. Thank you Brian for the great job you did in repairing my pipe. You too were so nice & professional! I will always be grateful to all of you at Wilbur's & I will always recommend you to my family, friends, & anyone who asks me.

UPDATED REVIEW: I’m upgrading my Wilbur Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing rating from one star to three stars. The reason is once the owner/service manager got wind of my bad and grossly over-charged service call, he contacted me directly and even came out to my house to take a first hand look, and after he personally inspected and evaluated the job, to his credit, he refunded us 68% of the total charge of $624. He also checked our water heater configuration for carbon monoxide leaks, gave advice on what’s considered “out of code” and what’s considered “in code". I must say most any other company wouldn’t even bother to do a follow-up phone call, much less come out to your house and personally issue a refund. So kudos to Wilbur ACH&P for having very pro-active customer service and marketing departments.

In case you’re wondering why I don’t give a rating higher than three stars, well, this bad experience did actually happen. We can’t just simply erase from memory the reality of enduring such an outrageous, perplexing, and astonishing experience of how replacing a simple water heater shut-off valve (again, a replacement valve I already had in hand) could cost 624 bucks!
Most importantly, however, at the end of the day they did make it right. So I reverse my previous statement review and would indeed recommend Wilbur for your Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing service needs.

I was charged 624 dollars just to replace the shutoff valve on my water heater, and I already had the replacement valve. Yeah, 624 bucks for a half-hour work and they broke zero sweat. Even worse they didn't turn the gas back on, saying it didn't have adequate ventilation -- which was a lie. All the while these service guys were in my house, all they kept saying is how much work needs to be done on my water heater, and when I asked for quote, BANG!, over inflated prices. Since they left, I've had a couple guys from the Gas company stop by and check out my water heater and they said it was fine -- to no surprise.

It's people in plumbing business like this who give the profession a bad name which leads to suspicion and mis-trust. They'll rob you blind while trying to over-charge you for parts and extra services. Hey, I get it. You go into business to make money, but to the point of over charging ridiculously high prices and lazy service gives new meaning to "taken for a ride".

Unbeatable service!! The team was extremely responsive in getting a crew out for a/c & heat repair and maintenance. Look no further than Jason, Caleb, Bradley, Jacob, and Travis to deliver top notch service! I will be a repeat customer!

Matthew and Omari were absolutely amazing! We have had so much trouble with this unit and they nailed the problem and put in new parts. I want them back when it’s time for fall inspection. Thank you for your prompt service!

Jackie came in figured out the issue with the ac unit not putting out cool air he did a fantastic job and was very professional we will definitely use Wilbur’s for any of our problem in the future.

Birmingham Area! Do not call anyone for your HVAC needs unless it's Wilbur's. In the matter of 2 hours I had spoken with a representative, ironed out a meet time, surveyed the issues and ordered the materials for an install tomorrow morning! This was made possible by the Wilbur staff and more importantly, by Jacob! He did a tremendous job of breaking down the application and what our new unit will do for our home. These guys were awesome. They replaced a hot water heater for us. Very professional. Arrived on time, installed the new unit, removed the old one - no issues at all. Competitive pricing and very good service!! Will use them again for any other needs.

Called and they were able to fix my main water line the next day. Very reasonable prices. I liked that they call and email you when they are on their way. Will definitely use again.
