Their work is very professional and honest. My problem wasn’t what I was told but the owner still help me get my system back up and running without trying to cheat me … This kind of work ethic and trust you don’t see anymore

I used them for several years and was very happy with the service until last year. It took forever to get ahold of someone to come do our prepaid service then it came with poor service. They were supposed to come back in the Fall to do that service but again never showed and never responded or answered calls. So I lost that money and had to hire another company.

In the fall of 2018 they replaced our entire system, Following a maintenance visit, stating it had serious electrical defects and was a fire hazard. They informed us they would handle all the filing with our warranty company. However, after numerous calls, after 6 months of misdirection and lies, they admitted they had not. Upon followup with warranty company, it was past the filing deadline. So we ended up paying in full.

In 2021, we purchased and had installed an air scrubber. On the contract it was stated they would move said scrubber to our new residence. After seven months of requests and delays, we are filing in small claims court to get resolution.

Never again B&B, never again.

Attempted to get in touch with this company several times because we had a maintance plan through them to get out A/C fixed. After two days of calling them, I was told nothing but excuses. This company has caused a hole in my ceiling, MOLD in my unit, as well as thousands of dollars wasted because they messed up the install of my unit. Not to mention I was without air conditioning while they ordered the new unit, in JULY. Once I got a new company, they pointed out MULTIPLE issues caused by the previous company, and its going to cost us thousands to fix. Beware this company!

We had an awful experience with this company. We had an appointment that nobody decided to show up at. We called to figure out what was happening, got the run around and eventually we were told we don't have time for you and got hung up on. This is after we had to call several times just for someone to pick up the phone. Communication is incredibly important and it seemed once they knew they couldn't take care of us, they just decided to stop talking to us. Extremely unprofessional and we would not recommend.

They are the best hearing and air service company I have ever dealt with. They work hard to make sure you are completely happy with their service. I recommend them to every one.
