I am a new “PINK PLAN” maintenance customer!!

Approximately two weeks ago, I was with another company. I needed a second opinion about my air conditioner system. I called Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing and they immediately sent Master Technician, Matthew Piston!!!
He was timely, courteous, professional, and very passionate about his job!
He was very respectful and very proficient. He went above and beyond getting my system working properly!!

I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with Wilbur’s Air Conditioner, Heating and Plumbing and Staff to the point that I am definitely “TICKLED PINK”

Jason was friendly, professional, & very knowledgeable. He & Brady explained the problem & my options, along with written pricing for each one. They completed the repairs on my hot water heater in a timely manner.
I will definitely become a repeat customer of Wilbur's. Highly recommend!

We have used Wilbur's now for 2 major plumbing issues in the last 6 months. On both occasions, the technicians were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I found a corroded drain pipe under my kitchen sink on Sunday. Brian from Wilbur’s was able to come in Monday morning and repaired it in 3 hours for 1041$, it’s not cheap but it would have taken me a week (without garantie of success) and no warranty. See picture before after from the drain, he also changed the P trap and the 1ft of drain in the crawlspace.

This was my first time using Wilbur’s. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the technician Conner was very professional and polite. The prices were very fair and reasonable too. If I ever need plumbing or a/c work again, my first call will be Wilbur’s!!!

Justin and Spencer were awesome. They made sure our needs were met and treated my home like it was theirs. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They replaced two toilets and it took like 2 hours. Toilets look amazing.

Excellent customer service. From initial intake to finished product. Have used several other plumbers and not been satisfied. I will use Wilbur’s Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing from now on. Knowledgeable, and explained the problem and what they were doing. Dale and his helper made me feel confident in their expertise. Also, Karen is very easy to work with scheduling.

They are good people to work with. Jacob services my place of business and my house. I recommend him and Wilbur's because they are attentive to the needs/wants of their clients. They paid particular care to detail and have been courteous and pleasant to deal with each of the 7 times I used them over the past year.

Wilbur's was quick to come out to fix our plumbing issue. The guys were extremely friendly, willing to discuss the problems and solutions, offered advice and completed the repairs same day. They cleaned up and took precautions as to not track dirt into the home as the needed to be inside and out. Great experience!

Jonathan and his partner did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. They answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. They were very thorough and made sure the installation was flawless.
