I had a few issues one was very minor but meant I had lost the use of two sinks, they came out the same day I called, jumped right in and resolved the issues. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of time they spent here! Justin and Spencer were very polite, professional and had everything on the truck they needed, I will ask for them by name next time.

I have had a bad experience in the past with a plumbing company and really did not want to call but I cannot say enough nice things about Wilbur’s plumbing, just a great experience dealing with their customer service and the plumbers I don’t think I would ever call another company.

We received a very high water bill and had Wilbur’s came to check for a plumbing leak. Dale checked everything out and he ended up replacing the toilet (which was over 40 years old) and he also installed a pressure regulator that we had never had before. Dale was on time, professional and very thoughtful too.

My old AC unit finally died. Called Wilbur and they had someone out here 30 mins after my call. Not only did I get an estimate, they where also able to install it same day. They had me up and running in no time! They have also done other units for me in the past. Jacob, Travis, and Bryan did a wonderful job! Very friendly and courteous! Very satisfied customer! Thank you!

Technicians arrived less that an hour after i called. Did a thorough, professional job. Took care not just with the installation, but cleaning up afterward. Wanted to be sure that i understood everything and was satisfied with the work.

When you have to use a repair service for the first time there's always a concern they will try to over charge or cheat you. Complete opposite with WAC not only did they get back in touch at five in the morning after we discovered our A/C had stop working they sent out a technician on Father's Day first thing in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. Mr McCloud was very professional and friendly. He diagnose the problem and gave us several options to fix the issue. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future.

I called about a plumbing issue and Brian came out to help and recommended a new hot water heater. Jason led the installation and explained the process every step of the way. Both guys were great. Super friendly team from the answering the phones to the techs that come out!

I had a pipe bust and Justin did an excellent job of explaining everything he needed to do and weighing out the pros and cons. He was extremely friendly and professional. 10/10. Katie, who works customer service setting up the appointment was also wonderful. No complaints at all!

The two gentlemen performed a plumbing inspection on a home I intended to purchase. They are very competent and were very thorough in their investigation. And, they gave me great advice. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.
