Jason did an excellent job installing fixing a toilet and faucet in the bathroom as well as other repairs necessary before moving in. Service came was completed and works excellent. He was professional and despite being called in to do a job another plumber was originally tasked to do, he did a great job of communicating with me to figure out what was actually needed from an inspections quote that was confusing from the previous plumber

Justin and Stephen were very helpful and worked hard for us. Justin took the time to discuss the issues with me and find a solution for the problem. Then he spent the next day in a very tight, cramped crawl space implementing the plan. I appreciate all he did for us and will remember him for any future needs.

Jason from Wilbur's pulled up in a giant pink truck and quickly replaced our antique leaking water heater with a new shiny one. He explained the entire process clearly, answered any and all silly questions we had, and was professional and friendly the entire time.

Before any work started, Jason gave us a clear quote with the exact amount it would be, we approved the quote, Jason swapped out the water heater and had to do replace a few pipes around the water heater because they too were ancient. Carried off our old water heater (I assume to some museum somewhere), cleaned up the little bit of mess made during installation, and even helped us in setting up an appt for their HVAC guys to come look at another antique we have.

I cannot recommend them enough. The entire process was painless, quick, professional, and worry free. Also, if you call them and are lucky enough to get Jason - you definitely got one of their best ones at Wilbur.

Had a major diyer plumbing issue where the drains had zero fall throughout the whole house. So many things wrong with our system. Jonathan Clingan and his crew came in and explained everything they could do and guaranteed it would work perfectly when they were done. They were spot on with their estimate and even helped me patch up some old holes from me trying to fix it myself. They explained everything as they went and kept me in the loop the entire time. Fun guys to be around when your plumbing issues have ya down. Can't recommend them and their work enough! Everything is working wonderfully! Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs!

I would recommend Wilbur’s to anyone. The technicians were timely, polite, and very knowledgeable and thorough. The lead tech, Will Smith, suggested some safety systems that we might consider in the near future and provided information on their Pink Plan for future savings on their services.

Our technician was Todd Sullivan. He was awesome. He came out looked over our setup and almost immediately identified the issue for us. We really appreciate how knowledgeable and friendly he was.

They came out same day, knew exactly what to do without me saying very much. On time, very kind, knowledgeable. Put me as top priority bc I have a small baby at home. They wanted to be sure that I had air for tonight. They did everything they could to make sure they had solved the issue by staying a bit to make sure the AC didn’t stop all of a sudden. Very pleased! From beginning to end very pleasant experience!
