My service was Amazing! The staff is friendly and responded quickly to my issue. Jeremy Smith was my technician. Jeremy was the best. He was super informative, explained the issue and the options to resolve in a way that was super easy for me to understand, and he ensured the job was done to perfection. He went above and beyond today. I bought an HVAC last year with another business and wish now that I purchased it from Wilbur. Highly recommend!

My 1st experience with Wilbur was great. I called for an appt. yesterday & y’all were here this morning bright & early. Jonathan was very nice. Knew his stuff. Fixed my plumbing problem in less than an hour. Also told me about the “Pink Plan” which I will be discussing with the husband tonight. Hopefully we won’t have anymore problems in the near future BUT if we do I will definitely be calling Wilbur’s again. Thank you!

I can't brag enough on this company and the service. Matthew came for our first call and not only diagnosed and repaired issues with our HVAC, he noticed items with the plumbing as well. Matthew was knowledgeable and explained in a way that I could understand. Justin and Spencer came the next day for the plumbing issues found by Matthew. They were true professionals and came back after hours to accommodate our work schedules. Would recommend Wilburs to all. A very satisfied customer!

My technician was Amari Goodwin. This young man was engaging, professional, intelligent, efficient, and DID HIS JOB!
He smiled the whole time he was at my home and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave me tips on this and that which were very helpful. This level of customer service is very rare these days, if you have been anywhere you know what I mean. Amari is to be commended for a job well done!

No air conditioning isn’t a great way to start your morning. Called Wilbur and they sent over technician by lunchtime. Connor was efficient and effective. Cool air was flowing before 1:30pm! Thanks Connor!

Last winter I had a waterline burst. I built my home on a slab so the waterline leading to my outside faucet was in the wall. Jason came in, gave me the options of repairing it, and all the while listened to my thoughts and suggestions on how to proceed. The line got caught in the wall and after several attempts to push it through, to no avail, we looked at cutting out the sheetrock on the inside to get to it. We finally decided to lift the vinyl siding on the outside wall which was a easier repair after the line was installed. Jason was very professional, courtesy and I would recommend Wilbur's plumbing to anyone. (NO, I have not been paid to write this review!)

The sewer line from our house to the street was clogged with tree roots. This issue occurred late on a Saturday evening and was an emergent situation.

This is and always has been a serious issue because we have two huge, old oak trees in our front yard. Our options were to leave for the weekend and stay in a hotel and have the sewer cleared the first of the week or have one of the 24/7 plumbing services listed on-line resolve our problem. Leaving for the weekend was not an option.

My wife found Wilbur's website on Facebook and we loved their reviews. I called and spoke to Miles who scheduled a time to have a plumber come that evening/night. Miles did ask if we were on a septic tank or sewer. He explained the reason for the question.

The plumber assigned to our residence was a young man named Justin. Justin was very pleasant, kind, helpful and professional. I was extremely comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. He was able to snake our sewer line and clear the clog very quickly. He was gone in approximately 40-45 minutes. In toto, our sewer clog was cleared in 4+ hours.

Wilbur's was the only one of five companies to answer the phone. They had a plumber on my doorstep in less than 45 minutes. Justin was professional and knowledgeable and solved my Memorial Day weekend disaster, whole house sewage backup, in less than one hour. I found them in my church bulletin. Every interaction I hane had with Wilbur's has been positive, I recommend them unhesitatingly, especially: Miles, Ryan, and Justin.
