Plumber named Jonathan was very knowledgeable about plumbing problems, and he spent time going over possible solutions to the problems I had with faulty valves in the kitchen and basement. He was able to perform successful replacements of the valves. I have used Wilbur's in the past and will use again in the future.

I cannot say enough good words to describe Ryan Alderson. He arrived as scheduled. He and his helper listened to what my issue(s) were. After viewing each item, I was given a great estimate for the work. The work was done professionally, quick and done correctly. I highly recommend Wilbur Air for your needs.

I called Wilbur’s to remove a broken kitchen disposal. Justin was the technician and he was extremely professional, respectful, and kind. He evaluated the situation, gave me several options and feedback on what the best course of action might be. He removed the system quickly and everything works as it should. Great technician, great service.

Repaired a water line leak on my side of the meter. I had the same water leak repaired 66 days earlier and the company that repaired it only guaranteed the work for 60 days. Wilbur provided same day service. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with pictures and videos of leak before and after the repair. Thank you Mr Ronald Gardner. I will use Wilbur for all my future plumbing needs.

Brian and Clay were dispatched to my other house today for a plumbing problem and were very professional and courteous as well, they resolved the problem in a timely manner and didn’t leave a mess, Brian and Clay an asset to their company.

I used Wilbur’s plumbing department and have only good things to say. Johnathan and his partner performed the work and went above and beyond the call of duty. Even my husband, Mr. “I can fix everything”, was extremely impressed by their performance and professionalism. They corrected errors that another company that I used before caused and have brought things up to code. When I contacted another company prior to Wilbur’s, they wouldn’t even come look at my home to give me an estimate, declaring that they wouldn’t come correct another company’s work. And God bless my new husband, Mr. “I can fix everything”, admitted that the work was something that he was unable to do. It left me feeling a bit hopeless and undervalued. Using Wilbur’s plumbing company resurrected that hope and they were willing to work with me. Johnathan is the best! I would HIGHLY recommend using them and plan to recommend them to friends and family.

Replaced our water heater and pressure valve. Checked all indoor plumbing for any issues. Very nice, professional and great work. Will absolutely use them again.

We had Will Smith tonight as an emergency visit, really impressive and nice guy! Had a theory what was wrong with it just hearing my description, and it did turn out to be the capacitor like he predicted. I felt very comfortable around him and trusted him, he taught me how the machine worked and proved to me what was broken. After he left, he even asked scheduling to have him swing by to double check his work since it was challenging to get the charge perfect in the weather. 5/5!
