Wilbur's Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing

I was very impressed with this company. We are a General Contractor and have used thousands of companies in the past and Wilbur's A/C was exceptional. They answered the phone the first dial, scheduled the service call the same day, and showed up on time. With their prices also being very competitive and fair, I honestly can't say anything but good things about them. I definitely recommend them.

My main air conditioner quit in this spate of 90+ degree heat. Todd Sullivan arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave me an extremely competitive quote on repair or complete system replacement. Todd was outstanding in all regards: professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Thank you Wilbur. You are very fortunate to have Todd as an employee in your great company.

Robert, our technician, was very friendly, approachable, and informative. He was very clear in describing what he was doing and why, and explained all of our options and answered all our questions to my highest satisfaction. Will happily continue doing business with Wilbur's. Travis and Steven were out the next morning to install our new unit...they were very thorough, professional, and courteous, and did an amazing job, thoroughly cleaned up like they had never even been there, and were very friendly and informative. Five star service accomplished!

UPDATE 4/29/21 -- first scheduled service, Antonio was on-time, friendly, and professional. Reinforces my very positive opinion of this company!

We used Wilbur's to replace our water heater. Jason was amazing and super professional. He walked us through our options and explained the process. He and his apprentice even sent us a hand written note after the appointment, thanking us for our business. Bree in the front office is so sweet and she made everything super easy for us and was very helpful. Everyone we talked to was helpful and professional and we'll definitely use them again!

Will Smith had our AC up and going in no time. His expertise is outstanding, his customer service and friendliness is above anything I’ve seen for a while. He represents your company very well. Look forward to doing business with you in the future.

The first guys installed a new a/c unit.
Did a good job but left without checking for gas leaks. Called you to come back due to smell of gas leaking. 4 leaks found. Totally

I feel as if I was overcharged by your company. I kept asking the technicians how much was the disposal, but they never gave me a price for how much the garbage disposal actually was, they only give me a grand total of how much it will be including the labor. I decided to go ahead and have them replace the disposal due to circumstances out of my control.

Both technicians were very nice and knowledgeable. So I actually trusted their judgment and did not think any more about it until I ask for a receipt and I was told someone from the office will email the receipt to me. Every company I have done business with has given or emailed me a receipt right then and there.

After the technicians left, I decided to go look under my sink to see what was the brand of the garbage disposal.

Why did they charge us $667.78 for a part that cost under $200 and took only 20 minutes of labor?

That's just not right! So you charge me over $500 in labor?? Do you treat all your customers this way or just certain ones??
