I couldn't be happier! I was feeling a little hopeless with the loss of the use of my washing machine. It took visits to get the work completed, but my washing machine is running and humming like it did before. What's most important is that A&E Services has a great team of technicians who have made the repair process all the better. I would definitely recommend A&E Services to ANYONE. All I can really say is THANK YOU to everyone at A&E Services. Because of all of you, my life is a lot easier to deal with. I will contact you again FOR SURE if I need you again!!

Elijah Blanchard, Senior Pastor of The New Covenant Church of Christ stole money from us. We lent him funds with a contract in place and for a over a year now refuses to pay us back, be careful of this thief.

In June 2021 my warranty company sent A&E out to my home to repair my ac. After the run around with this nightmare of a company, we finally got our air “fixed” mid September 2021. When the technician left she stated she would be back the next day to finish setting up the unit with the heat. She never came back and we never heard back from them after multiple attempts of us reaching out asking them to complete their job that we paid $1,500 for. Finally after getting somewhere with the warranty company they sent another company out to try and fix the mess A&E left us in. The company they sent was very professional and I honestly wished they would have sent them to begin with. After they looked at our unit, they informed us it was not properly installed and they could not and would not touch it due to code violations. Warranty company then puts A&E back in the mix to fix. Now here we are in February and we still have no heat. I have tried to reach out to the owner through text as well as calling and it’s always hit or miss with getting a reply(not like his replies get us anywhere) He would make appointments and then never show up, five days in a row he did this. I just want this company to fix the unit like they were paid to do.
The best advice I can give is, DO NOT use this company!! I wouldn’t even rate them a one. Hopefully this nightmare ends soon, but it doesn’t look promising!

I’ve used A&E twice and Mr. Blanchard, Marie, and crew provided great customer service the first time. They replaced a used upstairs unit that a previous contractor installed with a new unit. They even provided me with the warranty paperwork. This was at the height of the pandemic. I was given a discount through AHS to replace the unit. I even referred him to my neighbors, who also used him.

Last month, I hired A&E to replace my downstairs unit since I had such a great experience with them the first time. Well, a two day job turned into a two week job. Since Marie wasn’t available due to personal reasons, he sent out a different crew. This crew was completely unprofessional. There were about 5 different people that came to work on the job. They removed my dehumidifier without my permission and even cut the lines to hang it and the lines for the drain. That’s $200 we had to deduct for repairs. Then after he left, I realized that someone in his crew stole my tools. The guys working for him did not realize I had cameras. I wish I had noticed the theft prior to him being paid because I would’ve deducted another $100 to replace my tools. One thing I hate is a thief. He offered to replace my drill because that’s the only visual tool you can see them walking out with in the video. He did not want to replace my order tools. Two weeks later and I’ve yet to get a replacement. I trusted Mr. Blanchard and never thought he would have roguish employees in my home. I also thought he was an honest man and wouldn’t lie about replacing my tools being that he is a minister as well. Lastly, I have yet to receive my warranty paperwork for the new system. I guess I’ll have to find a new company for future repairs.

They never showed up. An entire 3 weeks went by and they never called me back after receiving the service order from my home warranty company. I called several times. Sometimes I would get someone and would be given a date that a technician would be out only for them to not show. Then I'd call back and get a voicemail. The vm was full and sometimes I'd get a text back telling me to text my address. But even then no one ever showed up. I canceled them and went with someone else.

This contractor wrote NSF checks in excess of $2500 to my business and has been contacted on multiple occasions to correct this. The matter is now over 6 months old, a clear sign of the lack of professionalism this company operates with. Be advised of whom you are dealing with before allowing them into your home.

My air stopped blowing cold and my home warranty contacted A & E Service Company to handle my claim. They came out and told me that what they needed for my system wasn't on their truck and that they would be back the next day. It has now been more than a week and I still haven't been able to get in contact with them.

This company was contracted to repair my elderly parents refrigerator. The serviceman was extremely rude to them and showed up three times just to confirm that the refrigerator was broken. After ordering parts, they cancelled 4 times by phone or email, didn’t bother to cancel once just didn’t show up and then the serviceman showed up to install the parts WITHOUT TOOLS. After 6 months, the refrigerator still hasn’t been repaired and the warranty company is trying to find a reliable company.

ZERO stars for this company. I have had 9 visits to repair my microwave. It is not working. I paid over $2000 for this GE Advantium microwave and the only function currently working is an over the stove light. More replacement parts have been ordered and 4 of 5 have been received but they won't schedule until all parts are here - and they cannot give me a date. Sooooo frustrated right now.

Their truck broke down in front of my a week ago and no one has even come to check to see about moving it!! it is an eyesore and irresponsible to block a lane of the road with your broken down truck. I've called the called the police to have it ticketed.
