A & E Service Company, LLC

My home warranty company contacted A&E for my AC repair back in May 2021. A&E stated they needed to order a part. It is now July 2021 they still do not have the part and they will not answer any phone calls. The is the worst service, I would rate them as -0 if I could.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My unit is not working, they won’t come out and fix it and after speaking with another technician I was told this unit was never installed correctly. It was a complete waste of $6700. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company went beyond and above in the time of my families crisis. I can't thank them enough for their speedy and wonderful service.100 thumbs up
