The a/c unit was low on Freon. I called late in the afternoon and had a service tech at my home within the hour. He was able to add the Freon and my house is back to comfortable! Thank you for the fast service and reasonable price.

Technician was punctual, called before arrival. Technician was great while he was here, fast and efficient. However when I got my receipt and saw all the things on the checklist, not sure all those things were completed. This was a heater only checkup, maybe some of things are listed for the combo heater/air check... Will keep a better eye next time... Total time of service was less than 30 minutes...

After calling South Shore the tech was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 2 minutes. I would highly recommend South Shore to all my friends and family. Great job!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The techs were professional and affable. They kept us informed throughout the installation process. They explained to us things we needed to know to operate and service the unit in the future. They cleaned their work area upon completion of the job. Would recommend them to everyone needing heating or cooling service.

We bought an older house with a boiler system. We called South Shore to come out and educate me on the proper use and maintenance. Jeremy came out and provided a wealth of knowledge, options, upgrades, and basic efficiency. Several of my ideas were not cost effective, and thankfully they saved me money in advance. I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely nice and very accomodating. Definitely went above and beyond for us. They were able to fix all of our leaks and repair an old boiler when most would not have attempted. Would highly highly recommend. Tim and Beth are very honest people. Thank you!!!!

Vinnie as I know him from high school...he did a great job and showed me what was going on and asked what i’d like to do to help it work. He let me know he was in close proximity if I needed him to come back. Couldn’t ask for a better company as the service was top notch and very professional.
