Excellent service! Matt was great. He was courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He was also really flexible with the timeframe since I had a power outage during the originally scheduled timeframe, so he just came back a few hours later and was happy do so.

No complaints whatsoever...I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat!!!

We came home from a trip to find a cold house. South Shore came out on a Saturday evening to diagnose the problem. Our technician Dave was professional and knowledgeable. It was only a $79 charge on a Saturday evening when other companies would charge over $300! Thank you South Shore for your professionalism and great service!

This was my first experience with south shore heating and air conditioning . My repair guy, Matt, was very thorough and easy to deal with. My air conditioning is working better than ever. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or neighbors.

Great service! Rodger Potter was sent to complete the work order, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I wasn't expecting the work could be done so fast given it was a holiday weekend. I was very satisfied with the service and will use and ask for Mr. Potter for service in the future.

Roger Potter and his team were excellent, knows what they are doing and keeps their customers well informed of what is going on and when. They were considerate of our place and when they were done you would never know they were there, except the place is much cooler. Matt and the guys at Southshore came to install a Judi fire and found out the furnace was old and not safe. Matt recommended a high efficient model at a great price and was out the next day to install. They are professional and helpful! A great experience all around!

They have always shown up close to the beginning of the schedule window. They always let me know well in advance when they are on their way by text and phone. They are all friendly, fast and efficient. I called once late night, to leave a VM for them, as my heater suddenly stopped working. Tim answered and walked me through some tests, to see if it could recover. When it didn't work he came out to get it working. Great service at all levels.

We have South Shore come to our house annually to do a routine check on our furnace. David has come the last two years. He does a great job and is very thorough in checking over the furnace. It is always a good feeling on bitter cold days to know that our furnace has been checked out and is running efficiently! Thanks South Shore!

Technician did not arrive during the three hour window in which the appointment was scheduled. Price charged was $20.00 more than price quoted when appointment was scheduled. In response to the owner: I was contacted by your company to schedule my boiler maintenance, I was not asked what kind of boiler I had before I was given the quote. I would have thought the scheduler was looking at our past service record and known what kind it was. If I had been asked, I would have given the right information.
