We have been customers of South Shore heating & air for years. They have always been honest and a great company to deal with. They provide great service and reasonable prices. We just called for service and David responded within an hour. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We will only call South Shore for our heating & air needs!!

My central air wasn’t blowing cold air, I called this morning to schedule service, the lady was so sweet and helpful on the phone! They came 3 hours later fixed it in 10 minutes!!! Amazing service and reasonable!!

Service person seemed to do a good job but then how would I know. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He said we would get a receipt via email or text but so far we haven't got one. We paid cash to get a discount.

Called South Shore Heating on Monday and "Matt" came out the next day as I requested. Matt was quick to diagnose the problem and quickly performed some service and also a furnace tune-up. I felt the total charge was a good value for his time and expertise. Will use again. Many of my neighbors also use this company.

My experience today was very good. I put in a call this morning because I had inadequate heat, and a very polite and congenial service person was at the house within an hour. However, whoever had installed the furnace last summer before I bought the property hadn't put any identification on it, so I was without adequate heat for 36 hours while I tried to get them identified. The problem turned out to be related to the fact that the faulty thermostat wasn't tested when the furnace was installed. Now that those problems are resolved, I'm happy to move forward with South Shore to get the furnaces services and maintained.

Matt is such a professional and knowledgeable technician. He explained everything our furnace needed and came super quick to our rescue last year during the -50 cold front and now he came to tune up and help with the furnace that was blowing cold air due to the wind storm that messed up the pressure.i would recommend him to my family and friends !

South Shore is a great business. The people are wonderful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I bought my furnace and air conditioner from them because they were the only company to tell me the truth. They did what I asked and did not try to up sell me. All in all very satisfied.
