My husband made the appointment and because the tech was in the area he came by same day! He was able to quickly give me a resolution to our pool heater! One call does it all!

Quick, efficient and affordable. All my questions answered. Work was done professionally.

They responded after I was ignored by over 4 companies over the past week , they responded in less than 10 min. And came over in about 30 min. And he found the issue tested a few things , determined I did NOT need freon , turned on the system and it's working as it should , stayed around to m are sure it is operating as it should and only charged me for the regular service fee and nothing more ! Extremely satisfied, don't look around , call South Shore first!

I've appreciated South Shore since the first time I used them. Most recently, and the reason for this review, was our boiler going out suddenly. They came out right away (for their emergency service fee of course) and diagnosed the issue, explaining exactly why a new boiler is needed now.

Donny, the tech that did the service call, was also the lead guy that installed the new boiler with the help of Cody. Both of them were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience with the whole process.

More problems with the piping were discovered along the way that were not initially noticed when quoting and Donny took the time to explain why it is important that we take care of it all now.

I really appreciated all of the work they did and believe that they were worth every penny. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Racine area (and beyond though I don't know their service area). You won't regret having them do anything from your annual checkups to real dirty work.

South Shore has been and will continue to be our 'first' choice... Dave , the technician that came out, knew exactly what he needed to do and wasted no time getting the job done. This is a top shelf group of folks that care about the customer. I will use no other going forward. Also the ladies that answer the phones are nice, responsive and care about the customer.

We have three boilers at our rental properties. There are very few contractors that will service a steam boiler. Tim came over today and literally ran from problem to problem. I’ve been struggling with for years with an issue and Tim figured it out in 15 minutes.These guys are fantastic!

Roger and Dylan were careful, they kept me informed while doing the job, how it was going and what to expect. They were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. The new LG split unit is quiet, and cools the space down fast and efficiently. South Shore was wonderful to work with and we will use them again!

I called early in the morning with uncertainty whether they had been to my home before. The lady on the phone Lori sas just the kindest, most insightful person I've EVER spoken with! Truly a GOOD person. She helped me through a difficult morning. The men that came were just as compassionate & kind as she was! They MADE my day sooo much BETTER. Thankful...
