Got to work this morning and it was 44* inside! Called up South Shore and they were 9:43 am and I was up and heated by lunchtime. Highly recommend. Fast service and you are helping a local family owned business, not a big corporation.

I called South Shore Heating on a Friday evening about 9:30 pm. Since my heat was partially working I told the person who called me back that there wasn't an immediate need to come out until the next morning. I just wanted to be sure I got on the next days list of appointments. He was able to get to my house the following morning. He fixed the problem and also took care of my fall maintenance. Everything is working fine now. He was very friendly and explained everything he did. I was extremely happy everything was done in a timely fashion.

South Shore did a great job fixing our Air. Very polite, And very prompt. Addressed the issue and took care of it quickly and professionally. I will recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to thank Tim and Beth for such wonderful service installing our new furnace. The price was fantastic, and so was the install. Since we did not have a working furnace, you expediting the work meant so much to my wife and I. The custom sheet metal work that you did also was amazing. For 15 years I had to get filter material, and stuff it in a plastic expandable frame, and put it in the air intake, taking off the vent cover every time. Now, you have made me a filter slot, making it so easy, and I can buy the correct size in the store. No more filter material! The furnace itself is doing a fantastic job, and it is SO QUIET!! All of you were so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend you and your company for all heating and cooling needs. You are THE BEST!

My air conditioner recently started acting up. A South Shore technician came out that day and diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me all the options and their costs At no time did he pressure me to chose one option over the others. I chose to purchase a new a c unit. This was installed the next day. The technicians who installed it were also friendly, arrived on time, did an excellent job with the installation, and cleaned up after themselves. This will be my go to heating and a c company in the future.

Matt M came out today to replace the ignitor on my furnace on a busy Saturday. He was so kind and helpful. After calling all of hvacs around South Shore was the only decent weekend price. This is my first time using them and I won't return to my usual provider. Excellent service.

I made a call to your company Saturday because of no heat. My husband (an electrical) was up north. I'm happy with how fast Dave came to the house. Upon inspection Dave told me that they don't make the parts to fix it and said we needed a new one for $2,500. Mins you Dave was very nice. My husband came home. Bought the part and noticed that the vent by the blower motor was very dusty. Took the motor out, cleaned it and now works perfectly. Thank you for being speedy but I won't be using your company in the future.

Work done quickly. Was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for us.

Our furnace wasn't working properly so I called South Shore Heating and Air Conditioning. They promptly returned my call and Matt arrived at my house shortly after. Our old furnace could not be repaired nor worth repairing so I got a quote from Matt for a new furnace and agreed to the price. Roger and Dylan came the next day with our beautiful new furnace. They went above and beyond to get it installed and our home is no longer cold. I was informed every step of the way with what they were. I highly recommend them if you're in need of heating and cooling!!
