Very professional. I thought a part needed replacing. The tech doing the repair said it was still good for another year. Outstanding business practice. These are now my go to guys for HVAC needs.

I've had 3 interactions with the company: price quoting, installation, and 1st annual maintenance. The gentleman I spoke with about installation and pricing was, I felt, up-front and honest about what my home needed and the work required. He recommended a good electrician as they don't handle that part of the installation. The install itself went smooth. The installers did a very concise job and weren't here all day(it helped that I already have central heating so that made things easier for everyone). And the gentlemen doing the 1 year inspection were in and out in almost no time. This was my first time dealing with a heating/cooling company as I've lived in apartments most of my life, I feel spoiled almost. I don't ever leave 5 star reviews, but they've earned it as far as I'm concerned.

I got bumped to a later time block (end of day) because they couldn't make it out in time before I needed to leave to get my daughter from school so I was worried about being rushed through the job since it was end of day. Vinniethe tech called when he was 20mins away and first thing he said was so so sorry for the time issue (was a 330pm-630pm time block and he called at 6pm so very late). He was very nice and professional over the phone. When he got here it was him and another tech Matt. They came out just to do a tune up but found some issues before even starting the job. They were very thorough with their inspection and explained everything to us in detail and answered all questions without a problem. Explained we wouldn't be charged for the visit because they need parts in order to do the tune up so they'll be out again to finish the job. They were very kind and very knowledgeable. My central air went out during the least opportune time this summer. My husband and I are confident in diagnosing and fixing most things that need repair around the house, but in this case we felt better calling in the pros. I was amazed with the level of care, professionalism, and knowledge the people at South Shore showed from my initial call through the service technician leaving. I am feeling confident my central air will continue to work through the summer and into next year. I will be using South Shore in the future should my central air or furnace acts up again.

We had some issues after last year's new furnace install. Matt came out, listened to and answered our questions, did some checking and adjustments, now things are working just fine. Thanks, South Shore, we are more than pleased with your service.

Last year my furnace stopped working, after I had it supposedly cleaned by another HVAC company 2.5 months before. I didn't watch the tech clean and do what he needed to do and of course expected it was cleaned correctly. When the South Shore tech came he showed me how dusty and rusty the parts were and how many cob webs were in the furnace. I was stunned. Obviously this other tech didn't do his job properly. Luckily the tech from South Shore cleaned the furnace and got it going again. I will always call this company now for my HVAC needs. I just had a South Shore technician here to clean the unit again and he was wonderful. He performed excellent work and was very professional and kind. Thank you for your excellent service!

I called them since they installed the pump about 9 months ago. They scheduled me in and arrived in less than 2 hours. Analyzed the problem and fixed it quickly. All work covered by their warranty. They stand behind their work.

This job required a new furnace unit to be stuffed in a closet, above a garage bonus room.

My wife and I are new to the area so I ended up getting 8 different quotes for this project and South Shore was not only best quote $$ wise , but in my opinion were more knowledgeable then others with what I was needing/asking. I’m not kidding when I say I had quite a few ridiculously expensive quotes .

The work was done as scheduled, on time and planned out very well. A few things had to change here and there and they made all the adjustments needed to finish the work. I’m 100% satisfied with the work completed thus far. The Ac unit will have to wait for the ground to thaw and I don’t see any issues with that work being completed in the same way.
My job requires me to be very meticulous and that carries over with home construction remodels. This job was done in very professional manner and more then exceeded my high expectations. Big shout out to Matt and his guys. I don’t have one complaint! I will recommend to everyone.

We were greeted by a cheerful woman who suggested 3 things we check to fix the problem ourselves, without South Shore coming out, or charging us.
We did need service and our Tech, Vinny, was Quick to diagnose and remedy the problem the installing company, after 3 visits, failed to repair within months of the installation. He was kind, courteous and proficient in diagnosis and repair. He was invested in offering great Service. Thank you to South Shore, I wish we would have known to hire you for the installation.
