    We just moved into our home and had a boiler system that needed to be replaced. Southshore did a great job, was very responsive, and stayed late when needed to ensure we have heating. Their technicians (Vincent, Ryan, Aderion, and Anthony) were all very kind, reassuring, and professional during this whole process. Highly recommend!

    Very reasonable rates! I called for an emergency fix, & they sent someone out within an hour. Matt was prompt, polite, & knowledgeable in troubleshooting & fixing my ancient hydronic boiler system. He took time to educate me about the issue. I’m definitely calling this company again.

    Ryan was professional and polite, nice young man. Pleased with the service maintenance and he answered all our questions. Gave us an estimate on what a smaller furnace replacement would cost, if necessary in the future!! Helpful

    Due to an unknown transfer of business ownership due to retirement South Shore took care of a problem lack of heat in my new boiler system which was installed this past May. by Energy Expiditers. Although I am extremely disappointed Energy Expiditers did not make me aware of the sale of their business to South Shire they were supremely prompt courteous congenial and professional at taking care of my issue. Thank you South Shore! Looking forward to continued great business relationship with my brand new boiler system!
