    Brett, my service technician identified the problem, it wasn't my furnace. It was within the settings in my "smart" thermostat that came with my condo. I'm grateful he took the time to check out my furnace and then teach himself how to remove previous settings that were hidden behind screens and screens of information. I had tried and failed to figure it out myself. He could have told me that it needed replacement but he patiently worked through the problem without making me feel like a simpleton. He also fixed the bracket that holds my furnace filter in place so that now the frame fits snug in its place. I'm delighted with the service I received from your company..

    Brian was an amazing tech. He was very professional and very helpful. Answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like a fool not knowing how AC units operate. He offered numerous suggestions and tried to find us the best solutions at a reasonable cost. I was so impressed I told 5 of my neighbors about the experience. Great tech and the company worked on getting Brian out to us as quickly as they could. I would recommend 100x over!!

    If you want true professionals, use High Tech. Had two furnaces installed at our duplex. Very reasonable price and top notch installers. Highly reccomend!

    Our furnace decided to stop working on one of the coldest nights of the year. We called High Tech Heating & A/C Inc. right away and they were able to send out a technician within the hour (which was around midnight). Unfortunately after discussing what is wrong with the furnace and the age of it we decided to have them replace the furnace for a newer more energy efficient model. We also knew that we needed a new AC unit and saved some money by purchasing both units at the same time. High Tech brought space heaters out to the house as soon as they could the next morning and were able to get a new furnace installed that day! I would 100% recommend this company, they did a great job and have wonderful customer service, especially after normal business hours.

    Highly recommend. They were professional the whole way through the process. Joe, Mack and Lorenzo did the install. The first thing they did was to put floor covering down before they walked on anything. I told them it wasn't necessary because to be honest, my floor wasn't clean anyway, but they insisted. Professional, quick, and answered all of my questions. Felt very comfortable with them in my home.

    Had Brian from High Tech come out today because of some vibration noises in our furnace. He told me I needed a heat exchanger, inducer & blower on a 13 year old unit. Told me the best bet would be to replace the entire unit. He then shut my unit down because of a liability of maybe a co leak. It wasn’t just him turning off the unit with the switch, it was disabled internally in turn forcing me to make an instant decision on what to do with my furnace. I had heat and no co leaks before he came and now was left with no heat in January and I have a toddler.
    I then had 2 different companies come out & found just the heat exchanger needed replacement, not anything else and would not recommend a replacement. High Tech was also double the price as the other 2 companies were cheaper & fixed it the same day where High Tech would be a few days.
    I felt like I was just a number today for the commission of a new unit no matter what the actual problem was with my unit. I was a long time supporter of High Tech but am no more!

    I would have loved to do business with High Tech based on their rating and the fact they are a Daikin dealer and that is my product preference. Contacted the office 3 times over 3 months and I was promised every time that "OH, I see you called before, I'm so sorry, someone from the sales team will get back to you shortly". Never happened. I understand that things get hectic, busy and sometimes calls don't get responed to, but this was just inexplicable. I was ready to cut a check for ~10k to this company based on reputation alone, so I guess it is their loss, but still very frustrating. Even if you are overbooked or there are product availability problems, at least have the courtesy to call back or email.

    Our AC went out on a hot day. High Tech was there in 2 hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. Courteous and professional. Works for me!
