My aging Lenox furnace (scheduled to be replaced in the spring) failed durning a recent polar vortex. I had several quotes for the emergency replacement and Rock Mechanical was by far the best value for a well known, name brand furnace. They were able to source a furnace and schedule the install ASAP. The install crew was highly communicative throughout the install process and were very tidy durning install and left the install site exceptionally clean. I highly recommend Rock Mechanicals. Great service and communication. We needed a new fan for our exhaust hood and they took care of everything for us. Very professional and did a complete job from start to finish - including following up with us afterwards and personally showing us routine maintenance and care procedures.

We were in a pinch with one of hottest days in August and he came to check out our weak AC. Turns out, whoever installed the AC did it backwards. He was able to get it fixed, and bent over backwards doing it. After that, he felt his job wasn't complete unless he checked out our furnace to make sure it was in good shape. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat! He knows his products and gets in and gets it done.

We liked and appreciated our service for our furnace. Came out on a sunday night and worked hard to resolve our troubles.

My furnace stopped working & I called Rock mechanical & they sent the guy name Nick & he was late, but very friendly, he checked my furnace & he showed me what was wrong with my furnace & it turned out that there was a kink on the tube, that's all but he still sticked around & turned on & off the furnace few times to make sure everything was fine & he changed my air filter without asking me, I didn't need that because I always have an extra air filter at home & I can change myself. Long story short, whole thing cost me $218
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Andy heating cooling is the best because when my Air conditioner stopped working in summer I called him & he came and checked & apparently there was wire cut off & he fixed it & only charged me for coming, which was only $80 something, he is very honest. This time I was out of luck because when I called him he had a tied schedule & couldn't squeeze me in, I could have waited for Andy Heating if my Mom's arthritis didn't bother her.

This is first time I used Rock Mechanical & this is my last now.
