Wohlers Heating & AC

I called Dave and ordered a replacement fan motor and capacitor for my 27 year old Ruud, which I picked up and installed yesterday. I called after I installed it and requested an appointment to fix my A/C as the parts ordered didn't work in the unit. The appointment was for 1 to 3 on Friday the 7th. Robert called at 7:30 and said he could get me in earlier. When he arrived he looked over the unit and immediately knew the issue was because the new motor was a 5 wire one instead of a 3 wire one that I was replacing. Robert was completely knowledgeable and very personable as well as professional. This is my first experience with this company and based on my experience, won't be my last.

I had the BEST experience today with Wohler’s. My furnace went out unexpectedly. I called them at 11:30 am and the technician Rob was here and had it fixed by 2 pm. It was a fair price. The technician Rob and the receptionist Lori were extremely professional and kind and patient with me. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC needs.

We highly recommend Wohler's Heating and AC. They're great to work with. We appreciate the customer service they provide and all of their staff are competent and friendly. They provided service/maintenance on our "old" system throughout the years and when it was time to replace our furnace/a/c, it was only natural that we would have them install a new one. Wohler's diagnosed my a/c was not repairable on a Thursday and Wohler's put in the request for extra manpower to get a new unit installed the very next day! Since living in Cottage Grove we have used Wohler's for all our heating and air needs, they are top notch!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!! Dont waste your hard earned money...We hired Wohlers for are HVAC install on a new construction home. After my wife and I were verbally assaulted by Dave, wasted are time with the so called fix it guy Chuck (several times), having to endure looking at the 3 rolls or foil tape plasted all over are ductwork to cover the giant holes they left behind, listing to the load "banging" sound that keeps us up all night, several bent and dented returns, cardboard stuck everywhere as a "fix it" and STILL waiting almost a year for them to come back to fix the problems, we have decided to post this review in hopes it might help another family to avoid the pitfalls of Wholers over priced, cheap fixes, unprofessional attitude, and abusive language.

Take the time to find a company that will be there for you down the road instead of stealing your money and abusing you.

Arrogant at best, They installed a over priced Mc Lain furnace piece of crap...their plumbing leaked, 2 times! I called and the techs were rude!!! Tech tech seen we had our basement valve set to half ....as it was for 30+ years and ripped it wide open and side you cant do that?????Now the Mc Lains is losing pressure randomly and im afraid to call them due to cost and intimidating lying service techs......My advice is run, they treated me like crap and the fact is I have have worked on far more advanced tech and have a much better under/over standing than most all of them...They dont know what they dont know.......I tried to be nice and all they did was insult me! RUN!

I have used Wohlers for personal and rental properties and have been continuously impressed by the professionalism, quality, promptness and friendliness of their staff in the office and in the field. Would recommend to anyone!

Wohlers is an honest and reliable company. Very helpful. Have them several times checking furnace and a/c. Recommend them.

Rob came by today for a very reasonably priced inspection. Really friendly and showed me how to clean the AC outside. I'll be returning to them the next time for sure.
