    I have used Hi Tech for service and for purchasing a new Furnace and A/C. I have found both sales and service to be very good and friendly. I like the fact that I get the same technician each time I have service. Hi Tech calls as seasons change to insure service and Preventative Maint does not fall thru the cracks

Their experience, quick response and fair pricing puts Hi-Tech at the head of the vendors list. On a score of 1 to 10 they would get a 12 from me.

    A heating unit burned out in one of our rentals. They said they'd send a proposal and install heaters there while the work was being done, since it was november and getting cold. We called them several times and left messages to their sales person Amber. She never gave us the courtesy of a call back. We felt we needed to wait since they were working on a few options. I wish we didn't because a pipe burst and there is now water everywhere. Our insurance won't cover any restoration because the heater was out. One may reason this is not their problem, since we could have called someone else. I say this is terrible, couldn't-care-less customer service on their part. We used them for several jobs before. I have no idea why they didn't follow up with us. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have said so. Ended up paying a very high price for being a loyal customer to them. No more.
