Hi-Tech and George Parks have been my go to HVAC company for years. I am a housing provider and they have kept my residents warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Their experience, quick response and fair pricing puts Hi-Tech at the head of the vendors list. On a score of 1 to 10 they would get a 12 from me.

A heating unit burned out in one of our rentals. They said they'd send a proposal and install heaters there while the work was being done, since it was november and getting cold. We called them several times and left messages to their sales person Amber. She never gave us the courtesy of a call back. We felt we needed to wait since they were working on a few options. I wish we didn't because a pipe burst and there is now water everywhere. Our insurance won't cover any restoration because the heater was out. One may reason this is not their problem, since we could have called someone else. I say this is terrible, couldn't-care-less customer service on their part. We used them for several jobs before. I have no idea why they didn't follow up with us. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have said so. Ended up paying a very high price for being a loyal customer to them. No more.

I've had several dealings with this company at my commercial buildings and they always are responsive, thorough and fair. I recommend them!
