A great company to work with. I had my furnace go out, the unit was over 20 years old. The repair was going to be over $800.00. Not likely for a 20 year old unit. The weather was cold, they offered to put the parts in and put the 800 towards a replacement unit! I could not be more pleased.

Brian did an excellent job addressing a concern I had. I could sometimes smell a little natural gas smell when the furnace kicked in. He tracked it down and worked hard to fix it! I appreciate his efforts -- he went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed right and I was satisfied. Thank you for the quality work!

Both the phone rep, who I spoke with to discuss the HVAC issue, and Brian, the service tech, were professional and very responsive. An appointment to service our unit was made the same day as my call. Brian arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Our unit was repaired and functioning the same day.
High Tech has installed both our gas furnace and air conditioning units and we have been very pleased with their products and servicing.

We had High Tech install our new air conditioning system yesterday to replace one that was 20+ years old and no longer functioning. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. The team, from my first call to obtain a quote, to the sales person, Amber who provided the quote and patiently answered all my many questions, to the technicians who came to install our new unit yesterday were professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good experience and understood how the system worked. The technicians even installed a breaker outside by the external unit which will be beneficial in the future for service calls etc. It is the "little things" - the courtesies, the communication, the making sure the customer understands - that is so appreciated especially in these times. I am trying to give my business to local companies as much as possible these days - and I will recommend High Tech to anyone who asks me about our experience.

Responsive and always on time. We have used their services for years (including install of new heat and AC, seasonal maintenance, and the occasional after-hours issues) and it's the same tech every time. He knows our system, remembers previous work done, explains necessary repairs clearly, etc. - a total professional. I don't know how they compare to other local services in terms of price, but I find their brand of work to be worth every penny.

Impressed with George and his willingness to do embrace the full range of maintenance required to get back the efficiency of 12 year old AC unit. Hard work seems to bring him joy and definitely got the job done perfectly

Brian is awesome! Very courteous. We have an older HVAC system and he worked to find the needed parts. He kept us well informed of the repair process. Abided by the mask mandate without our asking.
