High Tech have saved us from some suffering with quick responses and installs on new water heater and furnace as the ones that came with our house wore out. They've also patched up an ancient AC unit to keep it going, and we are happy they will be back in the spring to install its replacement.

It is always a pleasure to work with High Tech from the person who answers the phone and sets up the appointment to the service person doing the job. They are always friendly, willing to answer your questions, and do a great job of maintaining your furnace and AC. We definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs.

George was super knowledgeable, on time and did a super job after our furnace was zapped in an electrical outtage. Having said that, the younger technicians have misdiagnosed multiple issues. I was told I needed both a new furnace and air conditioner in one visit. It turned out to be a $30 thermostat which I bought at Ace hardware because the one on the truck was $300+. Saved 10k that day. They are family owned but my trust is shaky unless I get George.

High Tech did an amazing job replacing a furnace and air conditioner. We chose them initially due to other positive reviews, the estimate of the replacement, and the details provided in the estimate addressed our needs/ concerns.

We have a bi-level home and so our furnace is in the attic which is right above our main living area. We could always hear the old furnace running in this set up, but I was excited to get a newer more efficient (also assumed as quieter) furnace/ air conditioner set up. Once installed and running, we found it was actually louder than our old furnace! This is quite disruptive, due to the placement of our furnace. I called High Tech and let them know. They came out to check on it that day to make sure it was all installed correctly and see what might be going on. Everything looked good so the technician tried some immediate things to see if that would help. None that worked, so he took the problem back to the office and they called the furnace manufacturer and worked to come up with some possible solutions.

Once they had an idea figured out, they came back and implemented the change. The furnace is now much quieter than it was after the initial install. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make this a more comfortable situation for us and that they did it quickly. This was all resolved in about a week. I feel like this is a unique response from a company, especially these days. Many other companies would have just been like, well it's installed correctly so .... good luck with that. Also, they did not charge us for the extra work! They were always very professional and put down a drop cloth for the areas they walked on.

Brian was very knowledgeable, professional & efficient. He took time to discuss our interest in adding a humidifier or whole-house humidifier/dehumidifier system & provided us with literature on both units.

After 26 years, our AC died during a hot spell. After having Hi Tech Heating & A/C recommended, we called them. Everyone we spoke with was very responsive and professional! Two days later Hi Tech installed our new Lennox AC. This is a top-notch team, and a pleasure to deal with. I whole heartedly recommend Hi Tech Heating & A/C. We will be using them for our future heating and AC needs!
