I once loved Cenex. When it merged with ALCIVIA, its priorities changed. When my furnace died, I could not get a service visit any sooner than four days out, and the woman I talked to on the phone said, "I can't even promise that." When I asked her if she could refer me to an HVAC service person who COULD help me if ALCIVIA couldn't, she said, "We don't do that." I found another LENNOX dealer who was able to get a service person out to me the same day. And my new furnace was installed today. ALCIVIA lost the sale, thanks to their indifferent approach to customer service.

We contacted Landmark through a Costco promotion- Zach did a thorough job exploring options and ensuring our needs were met. Installation crew (should have written names down) we’re fantastic and made sure to keep our escape artist in the house. Compared to the old furnace, we can barely hear anything when it’s cranking out the heat. Looking forward to seeing how our investment pays off in energy savings this winter.

I had Landmark replace my 21 year old furnace and AC. I found the experience to be very good. From the representative who came to qoute the project, to the office staff arranging the install and rebates, to the three person crew doing the install, everyone was friendly, informative, and professional. The install crew took extra care to leave the house cleaner than it was before.

Using my Costco discount, I got better equipment than other companies quoted at a better price. One huge bonus is Landmark's 5-year warranty on labor. That is better than the industry standard of 3-years. I hope I never need it, of course.

We ordered a new Furnace and A/C unit through the Costco deal. We received a little over a thousand dollar Costco card in the mail, and I believe a 100 dollar check. Really didn't take too long to order the units, came to our house and installed in one day! Very good workmanship, hauled the old stuff away and cleaned up after themselves. I had to call them back later that day to help with navigating through the new thermostat, Very nice about this and Facetimed with me to get it programmed. I would highly recommend this company and going through Costco for the discount!!

They came out to address an issue with my tenant's furnace. They got the old furnace limping along again, but did identify some major issues with the old furnace. I got a salesman out there a week later and we discussed a replacement (the furnace was about 30 years old). They gave me a very good price and got it done two days later. I would recommend them for your furnace work.

Long story short...we had a scheduled service visit with another HVAC company and were told we needed a new furnace immediately due to a cracked heat exchanger. They gave us some options ranging in price from $6500-$8000. We then decided to get a second opinion and boy are we glad we did. Zachary came out right away with some options for replacement and we couldn't believe how much less expensive they were. We proceeded with the purchase and the installers were here at 8am the following morning to install our new furnace after a night of not having one. Jeff and another gentleman proceeded with the install and upon disassembly of our old unit told us that the first HVAC company lied to us and that the only "broken" part could have been replaced for very little money. And certainly wasn't a part that would cause us to have to turn off our furnace. I highly recommend Landmark. Trustworthy, prompt and courteous!

We purchased a complete residential HVAC system through the Costco program with Landmark as the contractor. Landmark was very honest, upfront and accurate with their estimate and their representatives were friendly and on time for their appointments. The installation was very professional, timely and clean. They did a great job and I have no reservations about recommending them.

My wife and I woke to a cold house this week, coldest day of the year (-15F). After looking at the furnace error code I called the service line and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful Amber. In 45 minutes our tech arrived, put in a new pressure switch, and we were back in warmth. We've been using Landmark, now Alcivia, for many years and always have had the best service. Thanks!

The Landmark Team arrived right on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do, and what time they expected to complete the project. They were very courteous, professional, and a pleasure to have them do the work for us. They kept me in the loop while they were performing the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality job. 19 years ago we had them install a furnace and air conditioner, their work was great then, and nothing has changed.

We recently had to replace our 21 year old furnace and we contacted Landmark (Cenex), who we have had service our old furnace for many years. We bought a Lennox furnace. The Landmark team installed the new furnace in about 4 hours. They were very professional and I thought did a nice job. They cleaned up after they were done with the job.
