I utilized the Costco HVAC deal. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new HVAC System. From start to finish (first contact, quote, installation), the Team did a great job. Installation was flawless and quicker and cleaner than I anticipated. I would recommend Landmark Services for any HVAC activity.

My senior citizen parents bought a top of the line furnace from Landmark. Landmark installed the exhaust pipe incorrectly. This did not come to light until temperatures were very low. Landmark people discovered the mistake and fixed it but demanded a check for over $400 to fix their mistake. Beware.

Prompt and polite. Can't ask for much else. Prices are reasonable. Not many places fix residential boilers anymore, and Landmark was recommended by a competing company. I think the recommendation was great and I will use them again. After the service, I immediately received a courtesy call to ensure the problem was fixed and I was happy.

I have high praise for Landmark and am happy to write a review. I was recently vacationing in Mexico and while I was traveling the furnace in my home - - in Madison - - died. My neighbor noticed the problem, contacted Landmark - - my HVAC service provider - - and between phone calls and emails Landmark installed a new furnace for me while I was still in Mexico. There's no substitute for having wonderful neighbors who watch out for things when I'm out of town AND there's no substitute for having a company like Landmark that will work with you to solve a problem - - no matter how complex the situation. Many thanks to Landmark for making it possible fore to return to a warm home!

I went in yesterday to set up an account for the house we recently purchased to have our tank filled. My credit didn’t quite meet the standards and the woman continuously down talked me and told me I wouldn’t be “able to afford this set up.” I’m normally not somebody to write bad reviews but I had no control over the medical bills that hurt my credit. Moral of the story- I have another company coming to remove both of the Landmark tanks from my yard and will NEVER request service from them again.

Landmark has always been swift in responding to problems. Our recent emergency of our gas valve going out at the beginning of winter was troubling. We decided to purchase a new furniture and air conditioner as ours was past its life expectancy. Landmark's schedule was out by about a week. They brought out a valve to carry us until the new units could be installed. The crew was fast and professional.

Contacted Costco for a new AC, Landmark was the local contractor. They did an excellent job installing the new AC, and their quote (with Costco discount) easily beats others in the region.

With lots of things going on I needed help; and the whole team at Landmark responded efficiently and professionally. It's a good team to work with, from sales thru install. Definitely my go-to choice for services.

This review is for the heating division. I dealt with Tom, who is the only honest heating vendor I have yet dealt with in Madison, and I have tried at least 4. He quoted me about 50% less for a repair job, and about 30% less for a furnace replacement than the competition. The technician did the repair correctly, professionally, and while being very nice as well. Highly recommend.
