Gross Heating & Air Conditioning

Our 21-year-old furnace was on its death bed. As long as we were replacing it, we wanted to add air-conditioning and a humidifier. We got three quotes. Gross not only was the lowest, they quoted a better A/C unit and humidifier. The salesman was more thorough in evaluating our house and suggested a ducting change to make the A/C work more efficiently (included in the quote!). He also offered to loan us electric heaters if the furnace didn't make it till the new one was installed. My wife and I were both impressed with the crew of three plus an electrician -- we heard NO bad language while they were here! Our furnace is located in a dark corner. The electrician added a light while he was doing the re-wiring. Fantastic! I don't see how the experience could have gone any better. We will continue to use Gross in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

The installers arrived on time and worked very hard. By the end of the day the new furnace and air conditioner were both installed, tested and running perfectly. They were also very helpful in answering all my questions during the installation. I am a handy guy and I could tell they did a high quality job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace or air conditioner.

I had an amazing experience with Gross Heating & Air Conditioning. My service technician Paul Scott was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I made a call to Gross Heating & Air Conditioning and they, along with Paul Scott was able to replace my secondary heat exchanger all within a single day (*replacement part was in-stock*). Paul Scott went above and beyond the call when he mentioned to me that the broken heat exchanger was still covered under a Carrier Warranty program where they covered a majority of the cost as well as the time needed to replace the part. I was expecting the repair to cost me about five times what the final bill came out to be. Needless to say Gross Heating & Air Conditioning is now my personal choice for any and all HVAC needs. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I couldn't have had a better experience with a HVAC company. After dealing w/ numerous poor businesses over the years; I now consider myself a life-long Gross customer. Their entire team (Jeff Jr, Jeff Yaeger, Mike(s)) all went above and beyond to help me after a terrible Home Warranty experience w/ HMS Home Warranty. They were friendly, professional, very experience and did a fantastic job; plus the prices were fair! Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking!!

Called Gross to come out and do a tune-up on my vintage 1970s furnace. I had no problem scheduling a convenient time, and the tech, Doug, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He had no trouble inspecting, disassembling, and cleaning my furnace top to bottom. I had been having issues with vibrations, and he recommended completely disassembling and cleaning the blower. It was an extra half hour of labor (way faster than I could have done it), but money well spent. Instead of sounding like a junker, the furnace now runs smoothly and quietly.

Randy from Gross did an amazing job. Great deal of expertise and was able to troubleshoot my furnace issue in a timely manner. I've always been pleased with Gross HVAC technicians.

Great experience from the service call that let us know that our 26 year old furnace was beyond repair to the final installation of new AC and Furnace in our home. Chad and Brad were on time, clean and very respectful of our home. Could not have had a better experience.
