    Gross Heating is always on time and very professional. They've installed a new Air Conditioner/Furnace and serviced the old with honest assessments and are very competitive pricing. There are no extra or hidden costs. I highly recommend them.

    I've gotten consistently excellent service from Gross Heating since purchasing a new furnace from them about a year ago. The sales process was hassle free and not pushy at all, the install went smoothly and as discussed, and my first regularly scheduled maintenance appointment just finished up. Everyone I've worked with from sales, to scheduling and technicians have been warm, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a new furnace and will definitely make them my first call when my really old A/C unit finally kicks the bucket!

    Our 35 year old furnace was not keeping up to the challenge of this winter and we called for an estimate for a new furnace. The time between estimate and installation was less than four days. Professional and efficient installation with great attention to detail completed the experience from Jerry and Eric. Installers found more efficient ways to position the new furnace. Also polite, friendly and honest in their manner. I would highly recommend Gross Heating!

    Randy our service technician just left and I am beyond satisfied with the service. Every interaction with Gross Heating has been great. Scheduling was so easy to do online, the customer service representative who called was friendly and responsive. I got a call that Randy was on the way and he came right on time. I had asked for a general maintenance, but he clearly had done his homework before coming and had read through some past issues we've had and asked about those too, even though that's not what I had scheduled. He never made me feel rushed, showed me features on my equipment I never knew I had, thoroughly explained everything he was doing, even gave me his number so I could send him a follow up message on how things were working out with the equipment. Overall just a wonderful experience.

    In the beginning of February Milwaukee was experiencing extremely cold temperatures and our 17 year old furnace (also installed by Gross Heating) failed. It was getting colder and colder in the house. We called Gross Heating and within an hour, they had a repair person at our house. It was a fairly expensive part that had failed ($837) and since our furnace was nearing the end of its life, the repairman mentioned we should consider replacing it. We contacted a sales person the next day who came out and discussed our options. If we decided to replace our furnace and AC, Gross would reimburse us for the cost of the $837 part as well as credit us for the thermostat we had replaced months earlier. They were extremely fair and yesterday we had a new furnace and AC (the outdoor unit will be installed in spring) installed. The 3 men were here from 7:15 AM until 2:30 PM. They put cloths down in order to not dirty our carpets, they wore their masks, and they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional all the way around. Thank you Gross Heating!

    Gross is a high quality heating and air contractor I'd recommend for any job.

    They installed a new Unico central AC system in our 1920s Milwaukee bungalow and were thorough and careful with the complex planning and installation. I was especially impressed with the time they took in the estimate phase, coming out to our house twice to ensure they fully understood the architecture and had a detailed plan that fit our needs. Running all new ductwork through an old house is an invasive job, but they were communicative and kept the mess contained throughout the process. The AC has really improved our lives this summer.

    They also replaced our 70+ year old gas boiler with a new condensing boiler. The new unit heats much more evenly and is significantly quieter than our old gravity-fed system. I was impressed with the speed and expertise with which they replaced the old system. The pipework was done very neatly, leaving plenty of space for the future.

    Gross is experienced and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    The "group" ( Brad,Chad, Colton and Erik) was outstanding!! Brad as their lead person made sure to keep me up to date on everything. They were timely, professional and respectful of my request to have masks when in the house. Every one that I asked a question ( and I had MANY) was patient and explained things in terms I ( and my tenant) could understand. They completed their work in the time they said they would and cleaned up when they were done!! They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I highly recommend them as well!!     I had a new furnace installed today by Mike and Paul. They did a wonderful job. They were on time, very efficient, and did an awesome job of cleaning up. They protected my hardwood floors. Installation of the outside piping went amazingly well. Mike went over the operation of the thermostat and demonstrated how to change the filter. They even showed concern about my cat. The whole process went smoothly from getting the estimate with Jeff. He did a thorough job of representing Gross Heating and I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. My neighbor recommended Gross and I am very glad she did.

    Radon fan / motor needed replacing - 2022. Gross came out in January and evaluated the situation. Charge was $99 for 15 minutes of evaluation. In March, the same technician returned to complete the work. Despite him documenting what was necessary for the job (which I had a copy of) he came unprepared. He did not have the correct materials to do the work. A few moments after arriving he declared he could not do any of the work. Additionally, he did not bring a replacement gauge (again, this was written on the initial assessment paperwork). The gauge normally displays a colored oil to indicate the unit is working. He suggested that I instead put water in the existing gauge and re-fill it every few months. Personally never using Gross again. Very poor experience.
