Brand new furnace, A/C, and water heater...excellent customer experience! Jeff did an excellent job quoting me the work and was very prompt in answering all my questions. The installers are clearly at the top of their profession with a quick and flawless install. I could not be more happy going with Gross Heating and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family and friends.

It was a pleasure to do business with Joe and the team at Gross Heating. I was pleased with the quick response and help from the repairman Jacob one very cold morning. After going over my choices for the furnace, I decided to replace it. The two men who installed my new furnace were Ted and Mike. They were a great team! They saw to it that Everything was working well and went over the features of the furnace with me. I am looking forward to Spring when they will replace my 31 year old air conditioner! I replaced my 20 year old central air conditioner with a new Carrier unit from Gross Heating and Cooling. Since my Townhouse does not have a furnace, I needed to replace a fan-coil unit that was built into my inside wall as well as the central air unit outside of my home. The old fan-coil was 40 plus years old so the new one had to match up to the new Carrier unit with the new R410-A refrigerant. This job required experienced installers with expertise and Joe knew just who to assign the job to. Jesse and James showed up on time to do the install and apply their expertise with this type of system. They both spent the whole day installing, knew exactly what they were doing and kept the inside of my home clean while they worked. When I researched the different brands and models of central air conditioners, the message was very clear about installation. I learned that the quality of the installation determined the reliability of the unit more than anything else. I would recommend Gross Heating and Cooling because of the professional installation and competitive price.

This was our first time using Gross Heating. We decided to give them a try after receiving quotes from (2) other reputable contractors on a new furnace and ac, including additional supply runs and a return in our basement . We were extremely happy that we did. From Joe, our sales consultant, to our install team consisting of Dane, Brad, and Jeff, our experience was A++. This is one of the best experiences I had in regard to installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. From the quoting and scheduling process with Joe to the installation, it was top notch. The technicians Brad and Jesse were friendly and professional. Brad explained all the operational and maintenance instructions clearly so they were easy to understand. Jesse set up my thermostat, got me connected to the wifi and explained the settings. Jesse even let my dogs out and gave them water when I wasn't home! The service I received was outstanding! I called Gross at 7:40 this morning and had a technician at my home shortly after nine. The technician was extremely kind and respectful and didn’t seem put off by my dog jumping all over him. I also greatly appreciated the compassion of Anne, in the office... she seemed genuinely concerned about the lack of heat in my home; good customer service is alive and well at Gross!
