Gross Heating & Air Conditioning provided us with quality service throughout the process of adding central air to our east-side property.
Co-owner Joe Mechanic was actively involved during the selection and installation of our new air conditioning systems and supplemental heating.

The Gross crew worked diligently to meet our heating and cooling needs, and did so in a professional and timely manner. No easy feat, when working on a nearly 100 yr old three-story duplex with hot water heat.

I can't say enough about how professional everything was with Gross Heating. The salesman Jeff was extremely informative and professional. The three men doing the install, Brad, Ben, Chris, were the best. All very friendly, very protective of my house, and the install was a show piece. The attention to detail making sure everything was just right was incredible. They went through everything about how to use thermostat, the furnace, air, cleanup. And I thought their pricing was very competitive.

I would easily recommend this team and Gross anytime. The best!!!

Have used Gross Heating for 18 years. Had an issue with my furnace today, 11/2/19. Randy was fantastic! Knew exactly what was wrong. Very pleased with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Gross Heating & Air Conditioning (and especially our service technician Randy) has provided excellent service each and every time we've scheduled an appointment. Randy always takes the time explain the work that he does as well as educate us about any preventative maintenance we can perform ourselves between routine visits. I've never once looked at the invoice and worried that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. If you're looking for an exemplary local business to service your AC/HVAC then look no further!

Gross Heating and air conditioning is always very professional. We were concerned that something was wrong with our furnace. We spoke to a professional that night who was able to tell us that it was not an emergency and they would call the next morning which they did. A service person came right out. The issue was quickly resolved. The service person was very kind and knew what he was doing. I appreciated that they did not try to claim something was an emergency at a higher cost and gave us sound advice that night. In the end, it cost us less to have it fixed the next day and it was done right away with no issues. We have always been happy with them and would recommended them to others.

They did a good job replacing my aging HVAC system. However, I wish they would offer some kind of a discount for annual maintenance, possibly if I made a commitment to go with them for X years for this maintenance. Part of my concern is with Carrier's requirement to have annual maintenance to continue to be covered by the warranty which for a new air conditioner seems like overkill for the first few years.

We had Gross Heating come out for a maintenance check in our new house. They gave us a 2 hour time frame for the arrival of our tech. That morning they called and told us our service tech was in his way. He arrived shortly after. Mike the technician was very personable and helpful explaining our system and how it works. Much different than our old house. Thanks again Mike!

Our furnace died last week. In my mind the only choice was to call Gross htg. and air. I had used them last year for my a/c unit and was very happy with the service.The first crew was able to mend the furnace temporarily and keep it going through the weekend as we had work obligations.They were very friendly and polite also very knowledgeable. They explained what they were finding every step of the way. I needed a new unit though. The salesman came to the house shortly after and explained the options to my wife and I . He was very nice and explained in detail what we could purchase and how to finance. The following Monday the install crew came promptly at 8:30 am and started the installation. What a great job they did. As they were finishing, they explained every detail of the furnace and its operation. They cleaned up everything. You wouldn't even know they were ever in my house. I don't believe I have ever had a better customer service experience with a contractor in my life. Thank you ! I will with out hesitating recommend Gross to anybody.

We purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Gross Heating & Air. The team were really good to deal with from start to finish. They had the best price and the craftsmanship of the install was excellent. The respected our home and left it the way it was before they came inside to do the work. This being my first purchase of new HVAC equipment, I had several questions during the install. The guys took the time to answer my questions without getting agitated. First class install team. I recommend these guys to to anyone.

We use Gross Heating & Air Conditioning each year to service both our furnaces and air conditioners. Their technicians are always professional, work quickly and efficiently and often offer tips and suggestions for both heating and cooling. At our fall service appointment, the technician -- Randy -- cleaned and thoroughly tested both furnaces... and went a step above by noticing that our water heater appeared to have a small leak at one of the valves.
