Gross Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a carrier furnace installed this week by the Gross team. Brad, Chad and Mitch worked well together to accomplish the install in 8 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable and communicated details during the process. Been using this company for general repairs too. Excellent work ethic and concern for the client exceeded my expectations!

Gross was contacted as a 2nd opinion when problems with a heat pump were incorrectly diagnosed by someone else. After thoughtful and careful analysis, including contacting the manufacturer (which others wouldn't do), it was concluded that the heat pump needed to be replaced. Upon careful consultation with the contractor and electrician, a new heat pump and air handler were efficiently and professionally installed. All involved were polite, punctual, patiently answered questions, and worked neatly.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. About as professional as you can get. I can’t say enough good things about the experience from quote to completion. The guys were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and cared about the aesthetics of my historic home. Two thumbs way up!

Our boiler went out over the weekend so we called the emergency line, Randy called us right back and was able to visit us for the repair within an hour. He made sure everything was safe and working, then even took the time to explain the issue and what we can check in the future if it happens again. Thanks Randy!

I would recommend them to anyone. We made the decision to replace our 27 year old central air and 25 year old furnace. We shopped around and gathered a number of quotes. We felt that the Gross Heating & Air Conditioning salesman was easy to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. Today they came to install the equipment and the techs couldn't have been nicer people. They came in, worked fast and efficient and got the job done faster than expected. They left the house as clean as it was when they got here and were very willing to answer any questions and accommodate any requests they could. They re-vented and patched the old vent location. I was very happy with their service and I look forward to the piece of mind of having a new furnace and central air.

We had an issue with a leak in our AC unit due to a clog in our condensation drain line. Randy with Gross came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnosis the issue and unclog the line. I would recommend Gross Heating & Air Conditioning for any AC/Heating issues you may have.

Had to replace 2 old (gravity) furnaces and install 2 AC units for my duplex in fall of '18. The people at Gross were very helpful in recommending what would work best and did a thorough job on the install and clean up. I've had to have some additional duct work done since to reduce some noise as the ducts were old and they did it free of charge. Overall a great experience.

We've been using Gross Heating for over 25 years and are very happy with them. Had a replacement HVAC system installed today, the two technicians, Mike and Eric, we professional, friendly, helpful with teaching us about the new system and did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly in helping us choose the right air conditioner. Brad and Ted were very efficient and thorough in installing and going through the process of making sure the air conditioner was mounted outside to making sure the thermostat was set at a comfortable temperature before they left. They went over their work with me including details such as removing and reinstalling an iron gate to bring the a/c unit to the designated area. I was asked if I had any questions about the a/c unit or anything that they did. They were very respectful. I would definitely recommend Gross Heating & Air Conditioning.

We had a Carrier modulating furnace , along with humidifier and wi-fi thermostat installed. Jeff, our salesman, was very knowledgeable. He gave us an overview of our options, his unbiased recommendation, and very fair pricing. Installation was scheduled within a week. Ben and Dane were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The completed the installation in less time than expected and gave us a thorough overview of our system, including how to set up the thermostat. They also took the time to protect our carpeting and made sure the job site was cleaned up before leaving. We've used Gross before and will continue to recommend them in the future.
