The technician arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was here to install a whole house humidifier, and while doing so he found issues that should have been taken care of by my now former air and furnace guy would was here for maintenance check less than 6 months prior. He showed me the problems and instead of telling me to schedule an appointment to have it taken care of, he offered to and fixed the problem right away. It extended his time here, but he stayed and got all done and correctly. Once done, he explained how the new humidifier worked, what we needed to do, and let me know if i had any questions that the instruction manual did not answer i could call Gross up anytime for answers. The price charged for their services was very reasonable, especially compared to some of the estimates I received from other companies. Overall, the tech that was here was friendly, informative, did a great job, cleaned up after the work was done and ran up and down the stairs at least 10 times without wearing himself out! For that alone he deserved many stars!! I would and will definitely recommend Gross Heating to everyone.

Joe and his team are simply the best there is. I replaced all of the entry level HVAC In our new condo with the best Carrier has to offer. I also installed a ductless mini-split system in our garage. The install crew could not have been better and very detail oriented. The owner Joe Mechenich is one of the most responsive people I've ever worked with in this industry. Simply the best of the best in my opinion!

Our experience from meeting with the sales rep through installation was superb! Professional, friendly, kind, and they all listened to what we needed and wanted and did everything they could to meet our needs. We had some very minor issues and they were addressed immediately and cheerfully. Highly recommend!!

Had some excellent service on my furnace today by Randy B. He explained things that he was doing, checked things over in detail, and even reminded me about things like replacing my battery in my thermostat and the importance of keeping the outside intake/outtake pipes clean of snow and ice.

We also talked about frequency to clean/check furnace and A/C and some other useful tips that I wouldn't have thought of.

Randy was very courteous and professional as well.

Randy Belongia was extremely kind, very honest, professional and highly knowledgeable. I really do worry that I may be taken advantage of and told "You need a new furnace/air". That was not the case with Randy. He simply serviced and explained some things to me which were very helpful. I highly recommend Randy!

We had a furnace and A/C put in today. We are impressed with the upfront sales and the accurate pricing and quote. The worker arrived on time and got the job done in the allotted time. So far so good, our house is warmer than ever. Gross even worked to get some benefits from a warranty on an older part in our unit that was able to reduce the cost even more. I would highly recommend Gross to ANYONE who asks.

We were so very pleased with the efficiency the the Gross crew who installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were done at 2:00. They were very friendly and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone. This is not the first time we had them put furnace and air conditioners in. Great service!!!

Bill their technician is professional and so helpful and willing to explain exactly what is being worked on and why. We had a complete new heating system put in. The 2 men did a fantastic job. Compared to the 30 year old boiler that we had, I told the men that the new piping and wall hanging boiler looks like a work of art! Since this was a 2 day project, the company provided multiple space headers for our use. They also completely cleaned up after the project. I would highly recommend their services.
