I had a new filter, shroud and UV light installation plus some repairs. The guys were on time and very professional. The guys worked extremely hard and spent over 10 hours on the job. Short break for lunch and busted their behinds. I was very impressed by their work ethic and mannered. Hard to find this level of service nowadays.

One of the first things I was told when I met the people here was that I would be taken care of the same way that they would want to be cared for. Now I know for a lot of people, myself included, that may be something that you're told and then you end up with a far less than satisfactory service as it's said as nothing more than a sales tactic. With Best Virginia, however, I can genuinely say that the care we received was phenomenal. From the very start they showed kindness, consideration, and respect for us as they went into details about what would need to be done. They explained everything throughly and were more than happy to answer any questions that we may have had. I can genuinely say that if you're in need of cleaning, repairs, maintenance, or a brand new system, you should give this group a try. So long as they continue to care for their customers as they did for me, and continue to care for all of us they way that they would want to be cared for, they absolutely deserve the 5 stars that I have given. Caleb was our technician that serviced our unit. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Some parts had to be ordered and he gave us updates to when to expect them because there were several. Couldn't be more pleased with Best Virginia and I would suggest if you ever need service or unit go with them. They are the best. Very good experience. Technicians arrived on time to install furnace and water heater. Very pleasant and efficient. Also, John provided good explanation of what was needed and why I needed to replace. Also, fair pricing.

We were needing a new HVAC for our home. After a couple different providers came by and gave me quotes, we were still struggling with making the right decision. I called Josh with Best Virginia back to see if he was able to answer our questions. Not only did he answer our questions, the owner John got on the phone to go over and make sure my mind was at ease and went over all the products and steps they take to ensure proper install. That spoke volumes to us, that the owner would take time out of his busy schedule to answer our questions and concerns. Not only did John (the owner) do that, he went above and beyond to assist us getting the financing we needed to get our HVAC system ordered , and us on the books quickly for install. They installed our new HVAC system (both heating at cooling). Carter from Best was one of the installers. They were all professional, polite, mindful of keeping everything clean and tidy. They explained everything after they were done, walked us through the new thermostat. The owner John even stopped by to see how things were going, and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. After the installation was complete, Carter and his crew made sure they cleaned up and left the house as they found it. They are top notch, and we have already reached out for an additional quote on a tankless water heater. We will definitely be using them for all future projects.
