Contacted them on Friday morning. John came out Friday afternoon, looked at our situation and quoted a very reasonable amount to replace all of the heat pump. After we agreed to the replacement, they even went as far as returning that evening with two window AC units to help us through the hot weather. On Monday morning, Clayton and JD arrived to start the replacement of the system. They did excellent work removing the old stuff and installing the new system, rewiring electrical and changing ductwork. Monday afternoon, they were finished, cleanup was great, and you couldn’t even tell they were here!

Four great workers completed installation in about 6 hours. They were all courteous, friendly, with much attention to detail.

Furnace stopped working Sat night. Called Best Virginia Sunday morning, Josh was at my front door at 8:30am on Monday and had the furnace fixed by 9:30. Excellent customer service. Very professional and informative. Josh did a wonderful job of explaining the issue, the prescribed fix and educating me on the future options. I highly recommend Best Virginia.

I just want to say that Justin Landers was very professional and did a great job on servicing my A/C and cleaned the unit. I feel that he took care of it like it was his own. I’m not sure what this boy gets paid but he needs a raise. He even waxed my A/C.
