Best Virginia Heating and Cooling

Caleb Smith with Best Virginia Heating and Cooling arrived this morning much earlier than scheduled Noon appointment. Very nice and kind. He looked over my air conditioning unit to observe problems.
After his testing and picture taking he came in and explained what all needed fixed. The only reason all could not be fixed today was because a valve needs replaced that has to be ordered. I will receive a call as soon as the part arrives to come and replace it. Caleb was a very kind gentleman and very pleasant to explain in layman’s terms the issues with the unit. I had spoke to the head of the company, John last night and he was a pleasure to talk to.

The company is reasonably affordable. Great customer service from the phone to in person. Justin Landers did a fantastic job during his visit. He explained everything very well, was extremely professional and good personality. Best Virginia is now our 'go-to' heating and cooling company!

Seriously, you can go through the motions and get multiple estimates, but I already did that, so you really don't have to. Save yourself the time and call Best Virginia. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best...and really, do you want the cheapest for your family and home? or do you want the best?
My husband gave Robert a call - he was out the next day to give us an estimate. Not just an estimate, but an education. Did you know you need flood protection on your air handler in your attic space?? No one else mentioned flood protection to me...or surge protection, or architectural covers so the lines coming from my attic don't make the outside of my house look ratchet, or energy efficient units that get you tax credits😉.
The crew was here 2 days later - yes, 2 days!! Huntley, Jason, and Alex were prompt, professional, considerate and just right down pleasant to have in my home. They covered my new carpet and kitchen floor so no damage was done. Cleaned up ao completely, you would never know they had been here. My unit proved to be a bit of a challenge, but they worked on and completed the change out in one day. They even dropped what they were doing to help my find my silly dog - she snuck out of the yard to take a tour of the neighborhood.
Again...I called all the places. I got all the estimates. Don't waste your time. Best product, best staff, best installation, best service- just call Best Virgina.

My furnace was an older model and it quit working and I tried to diagnose the issue myself and when it was apparent it was electrical I called Best Virginia HVAC and they sent Caleb right out and he confirmed the electrical issue but said he needed to look at everything as it was an older system. Wow was I glad he did as the heat exchanger had multiple cracks and it was a dangerous issue.
Quoted out a new system at a reasonable rate with Josh and was to complete the install 2 days later.
Install team did excellent work going above and beyond to make sure it was all installed to our satisfaction.

I recently had my 20 year old heat pump and blower unit replaced by Best Virginia H&C. Let me just say I could not have asked for a more professional group of people to deal with, from the salesman to the installation crew (I think they sent the FUN crew - JD, Spencer, and Huntley - for my installation!). Starting off with being on time, I appreciated them explaining each step to me along the way and the value that it added to the overall product I had purchased. The crew happily answered any questions that I had about system usage as well as general HVAC questions along the way. Their experience was very obvious after seeing them deal with some of the installation challenges that they were presented with. They were also very conscious of keeping my house clean throughout the installation. From start to finish, I could tell I was dealing with a very professional company who cares about there customers. I would highly recommend Best Virginia H&C for your HVAC needs!

They are the best and always are professional and they communicate with the customer very well. We purchased a Rheem heat pump system and like everything there was some fine tuning to be done to get everything correct for our home and they have been there even on weekends they will accept calls and respond accordingly. I thank God that we used them for our heating and cooling system.

It's becoming more difficult to find a business that will complete their work as promised. Best Virginia does this and more. They communicated very well and kept us informed as the project moved along. There was no pressure to buy and we felt well informed about our choices. We were given several options that would fit most any budget. The installers were friendly and professional.

Justin Landers was our service tech and he was on time, called on his way and was very easy to work with. We had two units to inspect and he was very thorough. He was also good about answering questions we had.
