When we decided to replace our heating & cooling systems, we chose Best Virginia Heating & Cooling. From the time the four man crew arrived, they never stopped working for the 10 hours it took to install the new units. They treated us and our home with courtesy and true respect. They worked so well together, each knowing what needed to be done and worked seamlessly together to complete the job in a timely, professional manner. After completing the job, they went over all that had been done and explained everything we need to know about the new system, never rushing through the explanation and answered all my questions, even though they must have been tired after such a long day. They did quality work, true professionals, and left me with the peace of mind knowing that they stand behind their work if we need them in the future. From Robert, who gave us an estimate after determining what systems suited our needs best, to the four men who did the installation, we were treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend BEST VIRGINIA HEATING & COOLING; they do outstanding , quality work at a good price.

John was great with making appointment and quoted a new system. He communicated well with us answering all our questions about his quote. The installers showed up a little bit early before 8am and got right to work removing our old system. There were 4 persons here at one time installing air handling system and outside heat pump. It is a tight spot for the air handler in our laundry room and the outside heat pump has to be brought up a pretty steep grade to get it under our deck. They finished just a little bit after 5pm on the same day. Justin explained the new thermostat to us. He went over our invoice and explained that they would file for our warranty so we didn’t have to submit anything. He mentioned that they will handle the first year of maintenance on the system after that we can opt in their maintenance agreement which will include the very large filter replacement. We got a Lennox system from them. It is much quieter than our old system. Justin and the crew here made it a very smooth installation. They took away our old system and cleaned up like they weren’t even here. We appreciated the the thank you gift of cookies that were sent to us a week later. We would definitely recommend them for HVAC needs.

Best Virginia was extremely professional from the technician who diagnosed the problems, to the sales staff, and finally to the installers of the product. I appreciate how I was treated, helped, and how they explained everything at the end of the project. This is a fairly new company and they seem to be trying to do it right.

I just want to say I love, love, love Best Virginia!! There was an issue that happened last weekend that put a bad taste in my mouth about Best Virginia. The owner (John) called me right away about it and was soooo nice and made me happy about this company. We need a new unit and Robert came to our house went over everything with us, he was professional and just so nice! We are getting a new heating and cooling unit installed with Best Virginia on Saturday. This company really cares about customers and making customers happy. As promised, we are a repeat customer. Best Virginia was amazing again. This time we needed to move our outside AC unit so we elected to go with a new system. From the first contact to the end installation, the entire team was fantastic. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, clean are just a few attributes shown today. Best Virginia exceeded our expectations. We had been spoiled by Wayne’s for years. Fortunately he left us in great hands with Best Virginia. Josh, our technician for the day, was unbelievably professional and beyond helpful. Answered all my many questions and helped with some preventative maintenance/suggestions as well. Today was money well spent for us and we will definitely be a repeat customer!

Very easy to make an appointment. Texted and emailed my appointment times to me and communicated with me when they were in route to my residence. Service tech was friendly, smartly dressed in a clean uniform, was careful to use shoe covers while in my house. He cleaned and inspected both of my units. Provided me with full explanations of his findings and provided me with pictures which he emailed to me at the end of the service call along with copies of my invoice. He answered all questions I had and offered useful suggestions. He turned off lights in the crawl spaces and the attic when he was finished and closed the hatch access to my crawl space and returned my attic ladder to closed position. I was very pleased with their service. I will most certainly use this company again as my go-to for all my heating and cooling needs and maintenance

It's easy for any business to claim that they have these qualities, but Best Virginia actually backs up what they say with action and clearly places great value in each small detail of their job.

They answer their phones, call back when they say they will and return messages promptly. There were four visits to our property through this experience and they arrived on time for every single visit. The service technicians wear shoe protectors to avoid tracking dirt in your house. The technicians and installers photograph everything that they work on in order to share specifics with the homeowner and help the homeowner understand what work was done or still needs to be done. When it came time for us to choose a new heat pump system, they of course had binders with laminated information about each system and all the aspects you would want to consider before such a purchase. On the day of our install, the owner himself came to the property to briefly chat with us and bring lunch to the installers. We had a minor issue involving us needing to change our form of payment and the owner contacted us himself and was extremely understanding and got everything resolved quickly. My toddler son is very interested and excited about all things related to tools and repairs, and literally every person from Best Virginia took a few minutes to engage with him while he asked his questions about what they were working on etc.

I share all these details because it is honestly just SO rare to find service companies that are this thorough from start to finish. Every aspect and person related to our job was top notch. This company clearly values the customer experience over everything else and it truly makes them stand out. We highly recommend Best Virginia Heating and Cooling!

We are very happy with the service we have received from Best Virginia. When we called about getting an estimate for a new system, they called and scheduled based on our schedule. The installation was quick turnaround from when we decided to move forward. They have also contacted us after it was installed after a few days to make sure that everything was working as expected. After an emergency situation, I was recommended Robert from Best Virginia and I went from no AC in the middle of summer to cold air in THREE DAYS. While my air was out, they made sure my most used rooms were cooled via complimentary window units as well. Not only was Robert helpful with the options I had, he was kind, informative, and understanding. The install crew showed up right on time, and remained professional and communicative through the whole thing. I would recommend this team to any one looking for HVAC solutions!
