Best Virginia Heating and Cooling

We recently had a new heating/air conditioning system installed as well as a new thermostat, surge protectors and a remote for our Generac. Our experience was super. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and professional as well patient and nice to work with.

They were prompt and extremely professional, They got us a quote, had all the parts, and installed our complete new system in a matter of a couple of days. I would 100% recommend Best Virginia for any of your HVAC needs!

Carter and Alex were great and on time. Very professional and dressed professionally. Actually all the service techs Josh and Carter and Alex were awesome. Even John followed through with his promise it would get done that day.

Best Virginia initially came out to start maintenance on my HVAC unit (which was 16 years old). They were very professional, thorough and nice. Once they started working, they found that my unit had been leaking for some time and after further review, it was going to need replaced☹️. So, Josh went over everything with me and we set up an appt for John, the owner, to come out and give an estimate on the new unit. From the first time I spoke to him John, I knew this company was special!! He sent me the quote a couple days later and while I had a couple other offers, I knew this was the company to buy from.

Fast forward to July 19th, JD and Clayton showed up to install my new unit. They were such nice guys! They were here from about 9am to 3pm and were very thorough showing me what they did and had pictures and even how to work my new thermostat. They cleaned up everything and even hauled away my old unit!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend BEST VIRGINIA for your heating and cooling needs! They are the BEST!!

Very happy with Best Virginia’s service! They installed heating system. All the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a small problem with my thermostat and they were here within ten minutes and had it fixed within five. Couldn’t ask for better service and I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

The tech was professional and courteous and kept me informed during the whole process. I never felt that he was doing anything shady or cutting corners. The tech was knowledgeable and kind and I 100% do not regret calling them. 10/10 - will stay with this company.

Caleb arrived on time (10AM appointment) for the routine maintenance on my Lennox HVAC that Best Virginia installed in the Fall of 2022. He was totally professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions or concerns. He checked the system and replaced the filter. Highly recommend Best Virginia and their team.

Im so impressed with how personable and professional Jason Huntley and Colton Nance are. The entire crew did a great job communicating and they even cleaned up after they left! They went the extra mile for me and my family and Im very appreciative!
