I would highly recommend Best Virginia for all of your heating and cooling needs. Justin Landers was at our house this morning to do our routine maintenance on our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. He also answered all of the questions that I had.

I appreciate the quick response and appointment time as well as the reasonable rate for assessment ($85). The technician was polite and professional, and I liked the modern service, including photos of the system sent to my email and easy card payment. However, there was a lot of emphasis on up-selling. We wanted an evaluation, and while we got that, we also had to listen to multiple minutes multiple times about how great a new furnace would be (starting at $10k...) and about low to no interest financing and family maintenance plans. I felt it was also a sales call for the company.

Replaced heating and ac unit and installed generator. Absolutely pleased with this companies performance and with owner John Caruthers. Knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. When it was time for spring maintenance, they text and reminded me. Justin L. Came out with others on the install and then responded when maintenance was due. Justin was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, took the time to explain any and everything. I would recommend them anytime. They have installed heat, ac, generator and hot water tank. Thank you to them!!

This is my first time using Best America Heating and Cooling and I have to say I am impressed. Caleb, your technician, was on time, very professional, took time to explain every issue and explained fully all my options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make decisions. I also
appreciated the use of booties that he put on when entering my home.

Very professional and timely. The entire process of quoting the system to the installation was great! My work schedule is tight and they were able to accommodate my tight timeframe. Robert even came out on a Saturday to do the estimate. I will highly recommend Best Virgina Heating and Cooling.

We had Best Virginia service our Heating and cooling system on July 6th, 2023. Justin Landers was the rep that came and he did a good job during the visit and also of explaining the costs and benefits associated with the products and services offered by Best Virginia. It’s currently hard to find any HVAC companies, but Best Virginia is a throwback to the customer service days that seem to be fading away.

I was very skeptical about using this company. Waynes Heating And Cooling is the one that put the unit in and I’ve always dealt with Wayne, but after Wayne’s retirement, he gave his business to Best Virginia heating and cooling. I’m so glad that he left his customers in good hands.
Through they wasn’t on time . I was given a call to let me know that the service tech was running a little behind.
Caleb was very professional explained every detail. I would definitely recommend this company, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Best Virginia is a class act! They were extremely responsive, professional and courteous, everyone I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. They installed my AC unit today, took the time to show me how to change the filters and program my new tstat, they answered all of my questions and they left my house cleaner than when they got here. I will definitely be recommending them.

My old heating and cooling system completely died on 6-10-23. I called Best Virginia on 6-11-23, they were at my house at 8:00 AM on 6-12-23 and by 4:30 on 6-13-23 they had installed both an outdoor heat pump and indoor furnace unit! That kind of service is unheard of. Very professional people!
