Caleb was excellent with explaining the thermostat issue. I wasn’t pressured at all to buy a new one although I opted to anyway. He was very professional and thorough. Impressed with Caleb and Best Virginia.

Josh was super professional and explained what part had failed. Called at 730a and they were able to work us in and get the AC unit back on within 30 minutes. Will be using them again.

The quote and installation all happened very quickly. Everyone we worked with from the owner who gave us a quote to the men that installed the unit where nothing but professional and nice. Clayton and Spencer where the our installers they where very nice and very mindful to keep the door closed as asked because of my autistic child’s safety.

Caleb arrived called prior to his arrival and was on time. He introduced himself and presented me with his business card before coming into the house. He explained how the service would be performed, and checked in with me at every step. This company documents everything they do with photographs, and they provide digital copies of them with your bill via email. Today was a diagnostic visit. Caleb was very professional and I was convinced to make an appointment for Best Virginia to fix the leak in my AC and return my unit to working order.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. The entire experience was a positive one from the beginning visit to the end of the process. Having to install an entirely new system is a overwhelming experience. This company worked with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
