Used AirPro via Home Depot and within one month of a brand new heating and AC install, the AC stopped cooling. When I spoke to them it turns out they need a week to show up and diagnose. Doesn’t seem like they stand behind their work. Will post on Home Depot site as well.

Mike M, Albert, Mikey, and Jimmy were all here to install a new furnace and AC. They did an amazing job and cleaned up their work nicely. Will continue to use them for maintenance through out the years.

Jeez where to start. My mother is 91 and her furnace went out. Called these guys. The ductwork and vents were installed inside down. They vented downward instead of outward. The ceiling collapsed. They repaired the vents but dont want to repair the damage the moisture caused. The beam is damaged from moisture. They told me to fix the beam and they would repair the sheet rock. So I’ve had two contractors give bids saying the beams were damaged due to moisture caused by bad venting. My poor mother is on a fixed income. Plus we have sent them pictures of the beam it’s covered in mold. Don’t not let them do work

My system was installed in October and the process went smoothly. The company did whatever it needed to address any concerns. But since then I have had poor customer service or none at all. I am really disappointed and frustrated.

Travis was really nice and he did a great job. Louie helped out on the conditioner it looks good, I would give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for their work. Steven helped them out also

Tim arrived on time, was courteous and professional.

Air pro sent Bradley out to repair my heating system. He was on time and polite, took time to explain what was wrong and fixed it

Travis came out in time and performed a tuneup and safety check. Did a great job and will use them again!
