Just replaced our 20 years old unit with high efficiency heat pump and furnace by Airpro. The installation team David, Mikey and Jose did great job! They understand your request, explain everything clearly before moving on, creatively find solutions to minimize the impact due to new drainage and wiring needs of the new unit.

Travis from Airpro is a great sales rep and the installation team was great. When it looked like there was going to be a delay in getting the unit, Travis worked his magic and was able to still deliver on time.

Barrett, Jason and David showed up on time to replace my furnace and install my AC. They had some trouble with the original placement of the old system but where able to get ot figured out and finish the same day. Very professional and understanding of my young children running out downstairs. Barret was very thorough on explaining how to set up my thermostat to my phone. They left everything cleaner then before hand. Very glad I used this company will recommend them !

Had athem come out for a quote. The estimator had my girlfriend all frazzled because he said he knew the furnace would fail this winter. Little did he know I have been repairing furnaces, boilers, roto mats, retorts, co gens and chillers for 30 years. Uses scare tactics to try and get you to sign a contract. Funny thing is he wouldn't even leave me the quote. Cheese ball at its finest

Had a man come out to give us a quote on some mini splits. He started his sales pitch off by telling me that his prices would increase 10% tomorrow. ( way to build urgency) Then he said my current form of heating cadet heaters would burn my house down ( fear selling) . After a walk around he wrote me a quote. The quote was quite a bit higher than i anticipated so i told the salesman that i would like to get a couple other bids. He said i should have got those bids before i had him drive 2 hours out of his way to give is his bid. I said im sorry for any inconvienience, and that i am also in sales and am serious about getting the mini splits put in. I askeds for a copy of the bid and he refused to give me a copy . The guy was visibly upset when i wouldnt agree to his terms. He was very rude and quite childish. I do know that customer service is very hard to find in the world today, and if you are hoping to find it with this company......please dont waste your time . The worst experience ive ever had with a potential workman.
