Jared came out to service my furnace and a/c. He was incredibly helpful, personable, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend their service - Jared especially!

Installation crew arrived 8:30am Thursday 3 Nov 22 Louie, David & Jose and a couple of others whose names we cant remember, they were very efficient, thorough and extremely friendly, install was finished the same day 3:00pm and no mess whatsoever, we are really pleased with the instructions we had from the team and showing us how everything worked, we highly recommend Air Pro and their workers. Let's start from the Beginning! Scheduled just a service with this company based on seeing the van driving on the freeway heading to work. About a week out, very friendly and scheduled an appointment to service our unit. Very quick to answer and had a live person. They were running a special to service our Heat pump and AC. Day of service came and a gentleman named Wayne arrived. Very talkative and outgoing. First thing I noticed is he covered his shoes with shoe covers before entering the home.

We showed him our unit and locations of items that needed service. He was here a few hours and took pictures of all the problems areas and discussed with us how to take care of them and manage the units. Upon him getting ready to leave I mentioned about getting a quote on a new unit and let them know I've had a couple others come give us one. Wayne's response was very professional and appropriate. He stated he is the technician and could have someone follow up with us to quote.

Within minutes Wayne said that a salesperson is pretty close and could swing by to checkout what we have and that he could give a quote today or we could schedule if more convenient. We said go ahead and swing by being as I was off today and would love to know how much it would be.

Travis arrived in about 30 min. He went over all of the equipment we have, we sat down and discussed different packages they offer. These units can be super expensive based on how you put them together and the size you need. Not an issue for them, they discussed size and package that would best fit the house and our goals. We ended up with a 3ton system from Lennox with Air pro Heating a Cooling for the install and plan to service with them.

So we decided to go ahead with the install since we negotiated a fair price compared to other competitors. It was a little more then my other quotes! However the quality of team members and the way they treated us was outstanding.

Now this is where it gets awesome!!!

Install day is here, they show up ahead of schedule. Install team Louie & Mike and Steven are here. They start taking everything apart and getting ready to install our new system. Uh oh the 3Ton won't fit in the attic! The one they have won't come apart to fit. Boom some quick thinking and an upgrade to a 3.5Ton system at no additional charge. They work the entire day... to be expected and bust out this system. Great job everyone' and I thought we were done. Systems in and we are Cooking and Cooling our house to what we need.....

Couple weeks go by and having some issues with the thermostat connecting to the WiFi. Send Travis a text about it and next day Wayne is at our house swapping us with an upgrade to a better wall unit that's even easier to manage on an app.

Air Pro Heating and Cooling is wonderful! Bradley did our service today and he did an excellent job! Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very professional! We've had our heating and cooling system that Air Pro installed for about 6 years, and everyone we've dealt with from making an appointment, having our annual service done, etc has been great to work with. I would highly recommend Air Pro Heating and Cooling to everyone!

Made a service request 2 weeks ago through Home Depot & was called 3 days later (not 24 hours as advertised). Appointment was set up for today via phone & email - nobody showed or called. Called Air Pro & they say appointment was scheduled for another date that I'm not home. Had to reschedule - not happy.

The Operations Manager read my review above & called me. I believe she is making a great effort to make this right.

Air Pro has really jumped through some hoops in getting me set up with a new system installation within a week of first contact. Very impressive.

We bought a new house the the AC unit went out within the first month (and it was hot!) Air Pro responded quickly and, after scheduling the install, the new unit was installed in one day. The installers we fun to work with and showed me all the parts of the units that were installed and walked me through everything. A special thanks to Steven, Louie, and Bradley for their hard and fast work. You guys rock!

All we can say is WOW! We had a knock-your-socks-off experience with this company from start to finish. Darryl, Louie and Mike are to be commended for their total professionalism every step of the way even though there were a few hiccups during the install. We are delighted with our mini-split ductless system that was installed in about 6 hours. Great company who we will refer to anyone who'll listen. Absolutely couldn't be happier!

From the first day the salesmen showed up at my girlfriends house it was high pressure sale tactics. All she wanted was a heat pump installed to provide cheaper heat, and air conditioning in the summer. By the time he left she signed a contract for a new gas furnace and heat pump. With the story of this $3k discount is only good for this long.

Her old furnace was only 16 years old and serviced In good working condition. She was told by the salesmen that it "wouldn't communicate with her new system".

When the technicians arrived they brought a new furnace and ac pump not a heat pump. They also bundled in their "platinum package" a top end furnace with a basic ac pump (misleading or dirty?).

I tried to get her to cancel the work after already trying to stop her from using this company. However she felt trapped and bit the bullet.

There is zero reason they could not have quoted her for a new heatpump and installed it in line with her existing furnace. If this is something they don't like to do then they should have been honest and advised her of that. Not told her it couldn't be done when 98% of other heating and air-conditioning companies due exactly this on a daily basis.

Do not trust Air-Pro as a company to put your interest first. We have plenty of other amazing heating and air companies locally that do not pray on their customers. A $7-10,000 home upgrade turned into a $23,000 learning lesson.

Always get more than one quote and never trust a salesmen no matter what profession they work in.

Chehalis Sheetmetal as well as Black Hills Heating and Cooling are a couple of companies I have had great experiences with.

Any company that wants to stand behind their work, gladly gives the client time to absorb the quote and seek others. This is because any company that produces good work and service knows the client will find that they are the best option.

Frustrated that I had to leave even one star.
