The technician was courteous, friendly, and appeared to be extremely efficient. Provided excellent service and I am thankful for it.

Our furnace went out at 11pm at night when it was 34 degrees outside three days before Christmas. We were in a complete panic having no space heaters and not knowing a thing about our own furnace (first time home owners). We called Hunts next morning, and they were able to get Dwayne (spell check) out within a few hours. Dwayne was professional, informative and an all around super cool guy. Dwayne took one glance, saw the problem without beating around the bush and immediately grabbed his tools. Saved the day before the 24 hr mark. The repair was the expected kind of expensive when we talk about furnaces and labor cost, and most importantly our kids were not left without proper heat because of the quick service.

Installer Nate very friendly. He wanted you to ask any questions you have about how the system will be install and how it work. Complete the job nice and neat, thank you Nate.

The techs came to clear a clog in my 1st floor shower and this was left in my basement. I called their office as they were pulling out of my driveway and scheduled them to come back the same day. Without any communication they didn’t show up. I called the following morning to schedule another appointment and they were going to charge me another service call fee so I decided to use a different company. This prompted a talk with the service manager. His take on the situation was, “we fixed your shower, didn’t we?”, and “we service a lot of people so we’re bound to miss appointments“. I understand his point of view and also disagree. There were multiple ways the situation could have been made right. The techs were nice though.

Dishwasher drain repair . Arrived when expected . Polite, friendly and completed the job. Cleaned up . We are very pleased!

John and Caleb came in and installed some vents for us in a tricky location in our home. They were kind, friendly, and professional AND did a great job.

Just had the initial diagnosis on my old heater. The technician was super thorough, making sure his diagnosis was complete before letting me know my 33 year old heater was done. He went above and beyond in providing me addition contacts for my entire issue surrounding no heat.

Sal was very attentive, explained every project process. He answered all my questions, and completed 3-separate jobs. Toilet leak, new pipping underneath tub, with a new lever for opening and closing drain, and he replaced a outside facet and replaced a split pipe. Now I’d say that’s a days worth of work!!

I purposely contacted Hunts as they seemed like an all round service and I wouldn't have to coordinate with multiple services.
I would need plumbing, electrical, water heater, heating, etc...
They stated they don't service electric tankless water heaters. A big let down.
The main reason I turned to them, they don't support.
It baffles me that they can't do a service on a job where their services are combined. That's EXACTLY why I wanted to work with Hunts.

response time was great, customer service was great, quality of work was great. Have used Hunts multiple times and always very happy with their service. Would recommend this company to anyone I know 10 times out of 10!
