Definitely would never recommend, buyer beware their warrant is basically useless, they will only cover you if your heater is “defective” and charge $80 for diagnostics it’s been about a year since they installed a new heater which cost me over $5k and it’s already failing to turn on not only that but the sloppy install definitely shows their lack of experience, they couldn’t even cut straight lines into the drywall which I had to patch up when they where done. Lesson learned though I will never be giving them my business or refer any friends or family to them.

Hello Mr. Hunt I have tried to get your employees to repair a leak in my house that was caused by your team installing a new toilet. Your team came out an assess the situation and determined it was due to neglect of your staff. It going on almost 4-weeks, the floor has been torn-up in the bathroom and the ceiling in the garage. The toilet is inoperable and my family has been tremendously inconvenient. I continously call and had multiple people come out to inspect the damage. I am being told it will be fix but everytime I call I'm given a reason for the delay. Today, when I called, I was told it was due to an insurance issue. Now I am feeling you are making your problem my problem and it feels like a stall tactic. Please help me to move this process along ASAP. I need to get back to some normalcy in my household.

Was able to call to make appt w/out hold time. Phone call was easy & quick. Day of the appt Alfredo showed up on time and did quotes & explained the quotes. Gave examples of alternative possible solutions. Answered my questions and I felt he was honest. Quick, necessary work on same day as consultation. He cane prepared, he was professional/ respectful and knowledgeable.

Edit: After I posted this a 1 star review, their customer service team reached out to me and worked with me further. The person I worked with there was super pleasant, kept me in the loop even when there weren't really new updates to share, and took note of previous concerns. It's really unfortunate that, in order to be treated with courtesy, customers first have to leave negative reviews, but there it is.
I can't speak to quality of the actual plumbing work as our property management went with another company for the work.

Summary: Rude, unresponsive, unhelpful and incompetent - been dealing with them for 3 months to fix a small leak in our water pipe and had nothing but trouble. Stay away.

I'm a tenant of a property that Hunt's worked on. The original water leak was detected on October 6th, and as of today, January 9th, the leak has been ongoing for over three months.

When we originally discovered the leak, Hunt's told us they wouldn't be able to come out for several days for emergency services, so we had to have our water off for several days until they came out. When they finally did so, it was only to inspect the area, and not to start any fix, so we had to wait several days more. Understandable, there's a lot of work in the area so they're backed up. Eventually they did come out and put an extra layer of pipe over the broken pipe.

A couple of days later, we received a notice from the water company that our meter was continuously running, which indicates a leak. We thought it was just a delayed notice from the previous leak, but when we checked the meter, it was indeed continuously running, if more slowly than previously. We notified our property management company again, at which point they reached back out to Hunt's. Not sure what their discussion was, but a separate, third-party company then came out to locate the leak and did so.

We were asked to wait for Hunt's to call us to schedule the fix, and they never called - not for weeks. Eventually we contacted them directly, and they scheduled someone to come out a few days later. I say scheduled, but really, they say that they can only provide the date of service, and we would receive a call 40 minutes before the technician arrived, so we have to just be home all day to hope to catch them. Fine. I let them know that I wouldn't be available between 10 and 11 am due to a work meeting, but that any other time of day would work, and was told this would be easily accommodated.

At 10:35 am, right when I said I was unavailable, a tech showed up unannounced and started banging on my window. Again, no phone call was received at all. I interrupted my work meeting to go out and meet the tech, who started making excuses about why the previous work didn't fix the leak. I couldn't care less about that at this point - I just need the leak fixed as it's been three months of high water bill and water waste. He was incredibly rude and belligerent, not listening to the info we were providing, tried to insist that we'd need to replace the entire pipe, etc. He then left.

At this point, I just want to dig the hole and to the repairs myself, because this company has been unresponsive, unhelpful, rude, and incompetent at every turn.

I needed to replacing an aging furnance (installed in mid 70s). Hunts was able to install a new air handler in the old furnance location which was a bit tricky in my 75 year old home. I added a Heat pump to keep the house cool as well. They really did an amazing job on the install working late into the evening to get the job done. I highly recommend the team over at Hunts!
