Hunt's Services

The technicians from Hunt's were very knowledgeable and professional. They replaced a water heater for us, and they explained every option and recommendation thoroughly. 10/10, will call them for our next plumbing job.

I appreciate the quick communication and quick appointment (next day). Gordon and Brian were professional, friendly, and communicated their process. They were able to resolve my electrical issue quickly and when finished they cleaned up before leaving. Very satisfied.

They kept me up-to-date on everything they were going to do and they would call me before they even came. It was very professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

The service was truly excellent. They were able to come out same day during a cold snap for an HVAC pump that appeared to be malfunctioning. Kacy, the technician, was thorough with the diagnosis and determined what the problem was. In home etiquette was professional, the price was a very good value, and I will get additional services in the weeks to come from them. They have personal follow up from a customer care representative just to ensure things went well.

Michael did a fabulous job of not only adding some receptacles that were needed, but also noting and diagnosing electrical issues that were also present. The current wiring presented some challenging issues, to say the least, but he used his knowledge and skills to resolve the issues. I can't say enough good about the service he provided!

New electrical box replacement for the heat/AC system. Completed the assessment of present box and its limitations. Replaced the box with additional assurance if it's warranty. Thankful! The system works. I appreciated Brett's respectful, friendly and professional service.

Used Hunt Services a lot, for me &: recommended then to my mother who also had used them. We needed a ceiling fan installed. The employee gave us the best (approx $600) & worst case scenarios. Turns out the ceiling fan that was installed (early 90's) did not have the "Gold Standard" metal box & that fact pushed the price upwards of $1K for installing a ceiling fan!!!. The new fan was a twin match to the old ceiling fan. Despite the fact that the old one had been installed expertly, we were still out of
a)the cost of the replacement fan which had already been purchased & the
b) THE WHOPPING $1K+ for installing the new fan with the requisite "metal plate".
The Service person said that a fairly recent State rqrmt for the metal plate was the reason for the cost. He said that Hunt Services would 'price match' a bonfide quote from a licensed company operating in WA State. Call me unreasonable, but I expect better treatment from a company that has done several jobs for us in the past. I realize we're in this Pandemic paradigm where all bets are off, but I'm not ready to bow to that feeling of being a "Victim" by a company which operates with many competitors. Too many fish in the sea.

We have not used Hunt's services yet, this review is concerning the initial impression I had during the estimate process.
The technician ( Rob ) was courteous , called a half hour before arriving at our home, and then showed up on time. He provided seemingly honest answers to my questions, resulting in our not adding a heat pump at the moment. Having said that, Hunt's services will be at the top of our short list when our current furnace wears out and needs replacing.

Josh did a great job! He was on time and very informative in explaining the plumbing issue. He was able to resolve it quickly and cleaned up after the job was completed. I will definitely be using Hunt’s again and would recommend them to anyone.
