In February our heat pump furnace motor belt stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We called that day and by 11am the next day, Hunts came out and repaired our heating fan belt within 2 hours. We had heat that afternoon! Great customer service! Highly recommended them!

Service-Electrical Wiring in Attic: Chris was able to finish the job earlier than expected, doubling checking that all electricity was in working order before leaving. I work from home and know he was keeping the noise to a minimum to not disturb me. Very professional and educates the customer so they have more confidence when taking care of their house.

I had two ductless mini splits and outdoor unit installed by Hunts. The workers were very professional and showed up on time. The installation took the whole day. They took out my old system, relocated and installed the new system. The work looks great and the units are functioning wonderfully. Dyllan took the time to explain the entire system with me, showing me both the inside and outside units. He was able to answer my questions and took his time to make sure I understood how to operate and maintain the system. I’m very pleased with the service, product quality, and installation for this home upgrade. I will definitely recommend Hunt’s to my neighbors and use them for future projects.

Showed up to my place found the blower mower was toast. They gave me a $1500 dollar bid to replace a $400 dollar part, didn’t have it in stock so charged me a additionally to next day ship the part. The following week I was scheduled to have the repair and make sure I was available. Here is the “Hunt’s difference” came to play.

The day before the repair appointment was supposed to be made. I received multiple emails and texts to remind me that a technician was to be at my house the following day. No window of time was given just a email saying “go about your day as regular but make yourself available”???

I finally called them around 1pm since I had not received any emails or text from that morning.

When I asked if there was a window of time that they were going to be there, she looked at my invoice and said oh well your part never came in and no one’s coming out today.

Shocked I replied nobody could take five minutes to call me to let me know that you weren’t going to show up instead you had me sitting at my house all day waiting. Then the operator exclaimed that well you haven’t given us half down yet so we wouldn’t come out anyways and a multitude of other excuses as to their poor customer service, I asked to have a service manager.

No one ever called me and asked for half down before hand and no service manager returned my call. Then the following day I get a email saying the will send technician out the following business day. I called them had a few choice words and canceled. Absolutely the worst HVAC service I have used and we have rentals so I have used a few.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Total rip-off outfit that is fleecing the Seattle metropolitan area’s home owners.

Do not touch this plumbing company with a 10 foot pole. They are incredibly shady and scumy.

They came out to the property we were renting to unclog a drain. It took the plumber about an hour to do, and they charged nearly $1000. They charged us for two jobs and when asked for the work order, they refused to provide any information about the job that was done or the pricing. The office is both disrespectful and condescending.

We had a leak in the ground somewhere and we decided to get entire water pipe replaced. Technician went over quote and financing and started prep work day of, got everything scheduled within a few days. Very efficient and professional, and they always have someone call to keep you in the loop of what's happening.

I wanted “two” ceiling fans installed in my house. One outside and one inside. I also inquired about having “one” electrical outlet installed in our mud room. Angie recommended Hunts as one of the business to service our needs. The two guys showed up to do an estimate. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought I’d go with these guys because I wanted to get this done asap. Then I saw the estimate. $1700!!! Yes you heard me correctly, $1700!!! Are you nuts!!! $1700 for two ceiling fans (both locations are fully wired and this is a brand new house) and an outlet! The guy told me (you guessed it) since “COVID”, the price of things have doubled. 👀 I’m so tired of these companies utilizing the pandemic to take advantage of customers and to make more money! It was worth the $99 they charged me (just to come out) to tell them to leave and don’t let the door knob hit ya where the good Lord split ya! I ended up going with a handy man/electrician who charged me $140 per fan. Nothing even close to what Hunt’s quoted me. What a rip off. I will never use this company again to even get a quote. COVID my 🫏GTFOH!
