Had a new furnace installed with Hunt's. The customer service was excellent and our techs (Ed and Jason) were great. Work was done well and on-time.

Electrical wiring and installation of light fixture. Great Technician. Very professional, great interpersonal people skills and reasonable cost and Hunts Services has a budget payment program that makes their services more affordable.

Awful.

I found a leak. Not urgent, but I preferred to pay two times more to quickly fix the problem, because I had guests to come and stay for a few days.

The leak was fixed, but there was no hot water.
This is the first problem - and the mistake of those who did the repairs.

At about 9 pm I called the office and explained that there is no hot water. And I got the answer that I need to wait until the next business day, when the technician will contact me.

At the same time, I have several people at home right from the plane after a trip longer than a day.
I was extremely embarrassed and ashamed.

I said it is critical and urgent. And he explained the reasons. But I was clearly given to understand that nobody cares about my urgency.

I managed to fix the problem myself at about 3am. And it took a few more hours for the water to warm up.

The next day, the technician called me and said that he should have been called immediately, and not keep me waiting.
And this is the second mistake. This time the one who took my call.

After this someone from the office called me and told me that it will be investigated and I will receive some solution soon.
After 2 more weeks no-one got back to me about it at all.
And this is the third mistake.

I payed almost 3500 to fix the leak. And I can't get good service?
Please tell me, how can I leave a good review about this company after that?

We love Hunts Plumbing they were right on time. They corrected my issue within 20 minutes and they were on their way. I would not only muse them again I would recommend them to friends and family.

We had a leak in an old galvanized pipe . I called Hunts and the receptionist was very helpful sending technicians Josh and Austin . They evaluated the problem ,made a plan , ordered parts and did a great job explaining the complexity of the repair . Josh and Austin worked non stop all day on this repair , committed to get the job done . This repair required some thinking outside the box and I’m so thankful we had Josh in our corner .
The repair is complete and hot water has been restored in our facility. Thank you all for the outstanding customer service.

Needed a broken faucet replaced. Alfredo had all the necessary tools & parts. Fixed the problem in little time

I have used Hunt's Services previously and appreciate their prompt and professional service. They were able to get a technician out the next day from my initial phone call and he thoroughly explained the different possibilities why we were noticing a bad smell in our bathroom. He and another technician came back out a few days later and replaced multiple toilets and cleaned the shower drain line. We are not 100% sure if this will solve our problem but the technician discussed with us the next steps if our problem remains. We appreciated that both technicians were friendly, answered all of our questions, and were very considerate of our requests (e.g., wearing masks and booties).

Marc and his fellow electrician were great! They were communicative, professional, and dedicated, and we were lucky to have them here. They were also very considerate, and followed our household's masking protocols without complaint, which really, really means a lot.

Called Hunt’s for a same day appointment to install a reverse osmosis water system. Justin was super professional, right on time, the main office called in advance of their arrival, and the install went flawless. Everything works perfect, no leaks, no mess, and great quote. Thanks Hunt’s for your service.

I'm very pleased. Hunt's Services was able to send a technician the same day I called. Gilberto, the technician, was very professional, polite, and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the billing of the repair clearly. I would not hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs.
