Hurliman technician Matthew was superprofessional, friendly and answered all our questions thoroughly while doing a diagnostic on our cooling system that was not functioning properly. He replace a capacitor on the unit that was no longer working which solved the problem. maintenance check on our . Would definitely recommend him for future service needs!!

Had a great experience with Hurliman today. Tanner came and replaced our furnace today. I'm not a HVAC expert, however there work appears clean and they even updated/cleaned up a few things from when we had our hot water system replaced. Both the guys were polite and curteous, worked fast, and were happy to explain their work and answer questions. I also appreciated that Hurliman were upfront with their quote and there were no 'in the moment' suprise charges. We plan on contiuning to use them!

So my furnace stopped working on Saturday morning I called them and the message said that they would respond within an hour, the website also shows that they do after hours service calls and that's why I left a message and waited for hours for them to call me back. On Monday morning at 8:30 I finally got a call back but I didn't understand since they do say after hours services rendered. I'm highly disappointed.

Jerry was very professional yet has a very friendly demeanor. He was patient as I asked alot of questions. I appreciated him and his service.

Eric came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was informative and the diagnostic report was very helpful.

The service tech was on time and did a very t borough job of trouble shooting the system and either adjusting problem areas or eliminating areas of no concern. System was working fine at the end of the call. He kept the work area orderly and clean. Was impressed with willingness to share info on exactly what he was doing and why it was necessary. Overall, excellent service

Hurliman and their employees are simply the best. Bart, Kyle and Cade came out and were respectful, knowledgeable and just good people. I paid to add dual zone HVAC and a new Nest thermostat to my existing system and it was installed promptly and professionally. They ensured everything worked before they left, and I would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation! Thanks again fellas!
